We had a successful move across the country recently. Allied took the time to repack materials that were packed, sitting in storage and got them ready for transport. Once delivered, on my requested date, they took care during the unload and got all furniture / boxes in place. The crew was pleasant to work with through all phases of the process.

I would never use them again for any move. The underestimated my weight by more than 1,000 pounds, the packing team was over an hour late; consisted of two people and didn’t bring enough packing materials with them. The delivery driver was over an hour late when I was requested to be there at 6am. I was told the accounting department requested an additional amount, then they asked for another $300 because they re-ran the figures. Never again!!
