Great Experience here. Had some shuddering issues with my 2018 tacoma. Brought it in and talked to Steve. before he replaced any major components suggested I do a full trans service on my truck with an additive. The truck drives and shifts smoother than it has since I got it. Would definitely recommend this shop! And I'm super picky on who gets to touch my truck.

Can’t speak to his work but he was extremely rude when I called to inquire about his services. He lacked professionalism in his customer service and I ended up using a different transmission shop that was much more helpful.

They are true experts in transmission work. Highly skilled, honest, and dedicated to getting the job done right. These days it’s hard to find old school professionals like this. Steve has decades of experience and a commitment to quality. They took the time to explain everything and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs. These guys genuinely care about their work.

lol I called this place for quote and the guy who answered literally said he had been getting back to back calls for quotes and no one comes in and that if I have to ask for a quote then I can’t afford service 😭 call was barely 2 minutes

Don't call place, I called for a estimate getting a transmission for my personal car. If your in business for auto/transmission repairs don't get stress out about people calling for prices. I can't believe what I was told on the phone call.

Don't know about his work but he's very rude. I simply called to ask if I can get a quote and he said how about you zelle me $20 and then I'll give you a estimate. I couldn't believe it just incredibly rude for no reason not a good way to pick up business. Since the owner decided to respond I will also respond I only called this guy 1 time never said a single negative word to the man I was flabbergasted by his response and simply moved on to a company who did a great job and got my business. Thank you though

I called regarding a quote for a transmission drain and fill. I was bounced around by 2 different people then I was transferred to Steve. He then proceeded to explain how the process works, which is fine. I explained to him about what I wanted done, referencing some YT videos online on how to do the trans fluid change on my car. He said he hasn't done it and he charges 400$ on a regular civic that is easy, so it might be more on my car (understandably), since it's something he is not familiar with. He then proceeded to ask me how much I would like to pay, and I asked him I don't know how much your shop charges labor by the hour (don't wanna lowball too much) and he kept insisting I give a number. I said 200$ since it really isn't a hard job considering it's just a drain and fill. He then proceeded to tell me you go do it on your own then. I found that really rude. You could have just told me you're not interested in the job. The lone 1 star review on your shop is exactly what I experienced through the phone. Extremely condescending guy to speak to.

So had my 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 4.3L transmission slipping badly, this surgeon said give me a week and your truck will be driving like it’s new again. He was nicely to pick me up, so I can have my truck a day sooner, but had to drive Steve back home. But I was super excited to feel a how great my pickup truck was driving.
This is the man you want your transmission to be fixed at!
