The most deceptive and dishonest people I have met… Traevon who set my service up told me that when I switched my service over it would be 35 a line and when I later checked on it it was 90 per line …, the internet I wanted he told me was not available in my which was fabricated to get me to try some new mobile internet which I didn’t want…. I had their service for 2 days and received a $500 dollar bill mind you I returned their equipment and had my cell phone… I went to corporate office they were very helpful got the equipment charged removed but they stated to me that I had to go back to the Addison where I first got service for the manager to refund the rest … I met Sebastian the manager who was very unhelpful he stated since it was weekend that I should come back Monday and he would personally help me…. Well I came back Monday only to find out it was his regular day off… Beware of these guys because they set you up for service then over charge you purposely and supposedly will give you credit later. If anyone is reading this it would be in your best interest to make them substantiate their claim in writing because they will lie to you verbally and over charge you…. And the funny thing is that att has a supposedly 14 day policy of no charge if you are not happy with service… I only had 2 days of service and got a bill for 500 hmm I guess that policy only applies to a selected few. And for the record my name is Bobby Darling. They know me… As you can see their response to my review is a bot. Why would I have to email another service when it is clearly stated the problem I have. Beware of their service people.

The AT&T in Addison, Illinois is great! When I went in, I had a pretty difficult issue with my phone and “Jordan” and “Sebastian” helped me out. Although it was a complicated issue, they were super patient and kind throughout the whole process, not to mention they resolved my issue! I recommend this store!

I went to the Addison AT&T store to purchase a new watch and was greeted warmly by the staff . Sebastian Jordan & Karla were there to help me every step of the way. They were professional informative, patient & friendly. I received personalized attention. Even though my tech skills are not as advanced, I was put at ease and not made to feel inferior about my lack of knowledge.
From start to finish it was a great!! My experience could not have been better!!

I actually had great things to say about this store and recommended some family here. Since Friday I’ve been trying to get on the phone with customer service.
Promotion was added by one of the employees to the wrong line. Now I have a bill of almost $400.
When calling the store “Sebastian” said that customer service has to honor the promotion.
Well guess what? The trade in was ADDED TO THE WRONG LINE! And when you call to speak to the manager he’s “doing an installment” or “comes in at a later time”
5 days and nothing is being taken care of.
I will be escalating this to corporate.

Fantastic ATT store, it’s very well organized and the staff there is very inviting and knowledgeable. Miguel and Jordan were very helpful and helped me out right away and got me out the door with all of my problems solved ! Will definitely make this my go to ATT store on the future

Employees Karla & Sebastian greeted me in a welcoming matter, ready to help me out :) They happily checked if I was eligible for upgrade, which I was, and they upgraded me then & there! Very nice staff and welcoming environment!!

The guy who's the manager here is the biggest slime bag in the world. Not only is he generally incompetent, but he's notoriously bad to his employees. This man is a liar and a cheat. Ask him about all the fraud he's committed and what his job USED to be.
