Swung through to add some air to my tires. The mechanic stepped out to help as I was grabbing the complimentary hose. He did it for me and offered help on resetting my dash so my notification light went out. Very friendly and kind.

Old man that either owns this place or is the manager is not very friendly and always has an old grumpy grandpa kind of Attitude. We had a coupon that they gave us from last service when provided he got angry and started yelling at us that why we didn’t give it before service. Grandpa, does it really matter. We feel like they put cheaper parts in your car if you are using coupons. No other reason to why coupon needs to be given before service is done.

Brought in my 98 Cadillac Eldorado for an exhaust pipe that broke apart, and it was super loud. They asked if I wanted to wait while a piece was cut out and a new one [added, and I said sure. Waited in the room and before and after the guys showed me what needed to be fixed and then what was repaired. Friendly, courteous service! Wimll return!!

Rod and his team at Auto Advantage are great and trustworthy people. I've been taking my cars there for years and they have always been fair and honest. I just had my car in after I tried fixing it myself but wanted a second opinion as I was still having issues. I am not a mechanic but not afraid to try things on my own with a little help. They listened to what I had done so far, ran some diagnostics themselves, then gave some recommendations on what to do next. I went home, tried what they suggested, and that resolved my issue. I don't think many places will do that for their customers. Great customer service and they don't ask for good Google reviews either like some places do. Thanks Rod for your help today! Really appreciated it!

Rod was super helpful getting my vehicle in for service and working a deal that included a Military Appreciation Discount. One of the few places around that still cares about that sort of thing. I was referred to the repair facility by 2 friends 1 is a lawyer and the other is a policeman. They do excellent work here and I have been a customer for about 3 years now. Honest and have excellent mechanics. I always tell my friends or people looking for a great repair shop to come here. Because if you want the job done correctly this is your best option, for proficient and professional work on your vehicle. Tell them Ronda sent you so that you can receive a discount coupon. Great people highly reccommend.
