Steve at Auto Gallery Chicago made my first car purchase an excellent experience. He went through the contract in detail so I understood everything clearly, and showed me multiple car options to help me find the one that fit me best. Purchase a Mercedes from here 6 months ago . I had a little problem and took back to the Carlot , I was recommended to take it to a shop that Steve referred. Everything went well . I was back on the road in no time (it was only a starter) . I’m happy with my purchase and will purchase again in the near future .

What an awesome and unique experience!!!
Steve was very patient, thorough, straightforward and transparent from the get-go. He valued our time and went extra lengths to make sure we were comfortable with the Porsche Cayenne we were purchasing.

Please don’t hesitate to go to this auto place!!!.I already knew the vehicle I was interested in from using Capital One Auto Navigator. I called Friday morning to make sure the vehicle was still available. I scheduled a visit the same day. I was greeted within 2 hours by the staff. My salesperson Steven Brady was extremely helpful!!!. I loved how he was able to assist me and provide me with any details I needed to know. Alongside him, the staff went the extra mile to make sure I was provided the best price for the vehicle I wanted. The experience was smooth and I will definitely recommend others to come here. Claimed vehicle was in “amazing condition” and inspected often. Suspension needs completely redone, dry rotted tires all around needing much work, do not expect them to inform you of any issues or even shed light into them, get a PPI !

First phone call I made the owner Peter pick up the phone very pleasent person
I ask several questions about the vehicle within 1/2 hs I had pictures videos send too me. I’m located in New Jersey
Sebastian was a real great help. He answered all my questions honestly and very accurate on description of the vehicle
So I decided to buy the vehicle. So 4 days later it was delivered to me as described
