Went to get a headlight bulb replacement. Not only was Luigi very helpful on getting the right bulb, he installed it as well. The replacements on a Honda Pilot are slightly challenging due to the location and tight spacing, but he did it anyway,. When local auto shops change this bulb they charge upwards of $80! I also noticed the last time the shop changed the bulb they did not replace the bolt or pin for the headlight?. Luigi did this for me as well. Local, honest, and very kind service. Thank you!

This autozone was amazing! I had car battery problem, my car stalled on the highway.
Luigi G help me made sure that my old battery was charging properly. He tested it and it was fine. Charging 100%,He made sure before i can commit to buy a new one. What a very honest man! I highly recommend this branch. Honesty is what we all need.

Employees were very helpful. I didn't like the fact that I provided a Vin number to look up a part that was definitely wrong and I had to come back for a hassle-less refund. It's perplexing that the next customer looking for that part will be given the wrong part like me. Apparently there is no way to note that in their system.

Once we were ready to pay the employees were sitting behind the counter talking which is fine but once we we waited to be acknowledged the only girl that was there turned around and looked at us like we just ruined her conversation, couldn’t even ask us what we needed just stared at us until another guy actually acknowledged we were ready to pay.

Don't bother placing an online order for pick up. They will make you stand in line behind a bunch of morons who don't even know what they need yet. Terrible service.Placed my order at 1pm. Still hadn't been picked at 430 pm. Then they can't even put a password in the computer so I can leave with my already paid for parts.
