Customer service is terrible, I was speaking with Cheyenne who does not listen to the customer when the customer says "I'm kind of in a hurry I just want to know the cost of the room for the night" you have your employees keep trying to sell promotions and memberships and this and that I just need 1 room 1 night thank you very much ?

Was put up here by United because of a cancelled flight, and it was pretty gross. Pop machine broken, ATM didn’t work, and the only place to get water was a single water fountain near the lobby. The hallways smelled terrible (mold and who knows what else), and the elevator was a tiny box that could hold maybe three people max. Room was slightly better, though the bathroom smelled of mildew and the door had peeling paint from water damage. In short, disgusting.

DON'T BOOK HERE ..they have a 100 dollar "key Fee"... If u use a debit/credit it takes 3 to 7 days to refund the money...they encourage you to pay cash .. so all together its 189 for one night. Rooms neéd to be updated .

In all honesty, I've been doing Google Reviews for a while, this is my first proper negative one. Firstly we had to come here due to a missed flight, AA sent us to this hotel. When we arrived the receptionist struggled to understand us and our British accents. We got to our room, we found drops of blood on the floor, yellow stains on the bath towel, a dead bug on the mattress. If the end of our holiday wasn't spoilt by the missed flight, this certainly added to it. We had a feeling we would be walking into a dump when we read reviews about locked doors etc, and most of those reviews were spot on. If you're staying before a flight and you don't care about the conditions, I can see why its handy....but for our situation, where we missed our flight, and then had to be up at 5am, staying in this hotel was not what we wanted.Rooms: The rooms themselves, taking out the cleanliness, were a good size, ours looked like it may of had some new furniture in it, and a good size TV.Safety: I mean, some of the rooms had padlocks on them....Noteworthy details: As you can see from the photos, there was blood, staines and dead bugs.

Front desk chick was super rude both at night and in the morning. Customer service really should be number 1, but apparently it was not on her agenda at all. Go SOMEWHERE ELSE to stay that has friendlier people that work there!!!

Do not waste your money going to this hotel, this is the worst place we've ever stayed at! Service was horrible, cleanliness was an issue and customer service is not on their list of priorities! We were woken up in the middle of the night and were told we had to move. When asked about compensation we were told no! This was only a few things from thus nightmare of a hotel!!

If you're looking for a 5 star hotel, this is not it! This hotel's greatest feature is its location! If you don't mind driving an extra 20-30 minutes, you can find a fancier place for around the same price! But overall, the staff were actually really nice, free continental breakfast and no hassle checking in or out!

The location was not an issue, although everything else was. Bathroom was disgusting. The felt like it had grease on it and the bedding was not clean. Had to ask for new sheets. The breakfast they had, might well go pay for a decent

DO NOT SAY HERE THEY ARE CROOKS. THEIR WEBSITE DEFAULTED TO THE DATE I MADE THE RESERVATION. WHEN I SHOWED UP ON THE DAY THEY REFUSED TO ADJUST THE RESERVATION AND CHARGED MY CARD FOR THEIR MISTAKE. ASKED ANOTHER HOTEL THEIR POLICY THEY SAY THEY WOULD HAVE CREDIT THE MISSED RESERVATION FOR THE CORRECT NIGHT.

I see that the rating is not great for this hotel, but I don't think it's right. We spent a week here and it was ok for the money. Big, clean room, in very good shape furniture, hot water, nice bathroom, decent breakfast, nice people, good area for going to the airport, leaving the car here or visiting Chicago. Also felt safe.I'm writing this review because I stayed in a lot of Ins and cheaper hotels and this was one of the best. But if you want a 5 star hotel, you just need to choose better (and pay more, of course :)

For the area, this hotel is the best value in the area. Location was great, lobby, hallway, and breakfast area were clean. Our room was mostly clean but certainly rough around the edges. The breakfast selection was a bit lacking, but at least they had breakfast!Overall this hotel was an amazing value compared to the surrounding locations. It certainly is not the most modern, but it worked well enough for a weekend stay in the area.Rooms: Rooms seemed to have had a small remodel in the recent few years. The furniture is new in the main room area. The bathroom stood out as the lower quality part with the toilet not working half the time and the shower having messy water pressure.A few issues we had were that there was no fridge in the room, and the TV had poor video quality.Safety: Overall we felt safe staying here, location was great and overall still worked well.Food & drinks: Breakfast selection is not the best, simple muffins, toast, and cereal. Coffee seemed to be hit or miss depending on the morning.

I parked here for a flight out of O’Hare, and their policy is that they provide a credit to your total amount for an Uber/Lyft since they have no shuttle. I was told by the front desk that my card would be credited, and it never happened. I called multiple times, the manager was never there, and the receptionist told me that it was impossible to refund the amount for an Uber/Lyft. Really frustrating.

Unclean hairs in the shower, stain on the bed, ac unit was not wiped down, breakfast fruits were old and looked like they were about to expire. Staff is rude. Guy checking me in was on a personal call when I was checking in delaying my check in.There are hotels at a similar rate in this area that I have stayed in that are nicer and will have a clean room to stay in.

I have stayed couple days here but i saw many bad reviews but i haven’t experienced anything like that. The room was clean and staff were very helpful especially the breakfast is awesome.

I have stayed in 3 days.The room was very clean and available lot of parking especially hot breakfast is awesome with fruits,scrambled egg,waffles with butter or syrup,juice and coffe.
