Worst bank branch told me i can’t take out my
Money even though it was cleared in my account. so it was fully cleared as she said it was partially cleared which made no sense.
I went to another branch and got it right away.. don’t come here

The employee here lacks customer service skills and would benefit from additional training.I tried to deposit a check into my Business account but said there would be a 7 day hold. Normally, every other BMO I visit will take care of that for me. However, this employee couldn't be bothered to attempt her job.Poor service.

I went on my lunch hour to withdraw money and the teller seemed irritable. After I asked her what account she proceeded to withdraw the cash and slap the withdrawal on the counter. After I asked for an envelope because it was quite an amount she placed the envelope on the counter. Not good customer service considering the serval account we have with BMO.

ATM always broken. One time it took my check and didn’t give it back after not depositing it and it took two weeks before it was deposited into my account, miscounted my $$$ being deposited. I went here for information on a loan and they completely misinformed me so I signed up for something unaware of what it really was. I can only blame myself for continuing to come back after that.

Their ATMS don’t work and the drive thru is slower than molasses on a 100 degree day! I have been in line for over 10 minutes with one car in front of me! Fill up your gas tank before you come here and bring some snacks and refreshments! BECAUSE YOU’LL JUST BE SITTING HERE!
