I stood around waiting at least 40mins without even being greeted. Horrible customer service. Go to the next boost and have yourself the trouble.

Customer service starts the minute you walk through the door ....the professionalism extends once you are greeted ....the knowledge of products is another extension of why the store is essential to the boost Mobile family the staff is phenomenal.

I bought a Samsung A32 on a Monday. The next day I get a text saying my service expired. I went back to the store on Wednesday and an employee named Jenni gave me a temporary phone (moto g power) until they could fix my Samsung A32. The next day the Moto g Power lost service. I called customer service about it and they tell me that the PIN # I gave them is incorrect and that they aren't able to access my account without my PIN. So I just wasted $120 on a phone that doesn't work. Another sad day in Addison, Illinois I guess.So just last weekend a staff member there named Enrique not only gave me the Samsung A32 back but he also provided me with a xouple days more of phone service. I am now giving them 4 stars!

Great location, I went inside because I was having Issues with my phone signal and the employee Jeniffer fixed it no problem. Answered all my questions and suggested what to do to avoid the issue again. 10/10 recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
