Horrible customer service. Will cuss out customers. Extremely rude. I highly recommend you go somewhere else. The worse experience with a truck rental place. If you can’t treat customers with respect you should not be working in customer service.

I was put in a position where I had to move abruptly. I reserved the truck online and when I went in to pick it up, that's when I first met Joe. Joe is the manager/operator of this location.My friend and I dealt with Joe that morning. Joe is a genuinely nice man. He answered questions, was polite, thorough, and sincere.When we arrived back at home, my friend and I both commented on how meeting Joe was a great way to start the day because of his authenticity.I was so impressed with him I called him after we spoke about him and told him how nice and sincere he was.If you ever need a rental truck you'd be a fool to not have Joe help you. Even if it means driving a little out of your way.

Had a reservation setup online, went in at the scheduled time. Was told they just rented out the last box truck, and to call customer service to get another. Walked out with nothing, went with a different more reliable company

Charged my account $75 because I didn't cancel my reservation in time, that's a lot to take from someone who didn't use there service. Disgusting

Do your self a favor guys... Don't go there. Very rude costumer service. The tall white guy with no hair around 45-50 years old, dont deserve to work there. Truck was dirty, like a dumpster.Don't go there. I will never go there anymore.

Rented a Honda HRV SUV for 10 days.When I picked up the vehicle I noticed three warning lights illuminated on the dash. One was an issue with a collision mitigation system, another was for the braking system, and the last was 10% life left on the oil. I immediately took the vehicle back and showed the employee the issues. He said it would be fine because he drove it earlier and told me he had no other SUV for me to rent when I asked if I could substitute it out. I decided to risk it and experienced no issues, but it was unnerving.The vehicle was filthy. I found French fries, toys, a sandal, and about 15 rubber bands strewn all over the vehicle. It also smelled like cigarette smoke. I find it hard to believe any "enhanced cleaning" was done given they couldn't bother to vacuum. I did their job and cleaned up the car. If you were the previous renter: What on earth did you do in this SUV and didn't your parent(s) teach you to clean up after yourself? Oh and I threw your sandal away.Overall, for the price I paid, I expected better from this company. A practically new vehicle (about 7,100 miles when I rented it) with potentially dangerous warning indicators that was put up for rent filthy is not acceptable. All three times I went to the place (initial rental, back in for the issues I found, and returning the SUV) two different employees were sitting in an office playing on their cell phones. A better use of their time might be cleaning the cars and taking them to Honda for warranty service. Just saying.

If I could give it a 0 star review, I would. My husband and I are moving and set up a reservation at this location for a moving truck about a month and a half ago. We just received a call telling us that our reservation was there, but they did not have a truck available and we are moving on Saturday. My husband tried to understand why and reason with the owner, but the owner said "okay, well have a good day" and hung up on him. I am writing this review so other people do not waste their time with this company. The audacity to hang up on a customer and not come through with their promise of their product from over a month ago is just absurd. Don't waste your time with this place and take your money elsewhere.

I rented a vehicle, last Wednesday for two days and was extremely disappointed in both the professionalism and quality of the truck we received. The reservation was made 1 day ahead of time and when we arrived the truck size was not available. Then we were given a larger truck, which would have been fine however the truck smelled like urine and had food in the seats from a previous rental. The next truck was dirty as well, however a significant improvement. We needed a truck so accepted the second option. Once we got the truck to our location we opened the box and it had not been cleaned at all. There were a dozen wood blocks nailed to the floor and garbage all over. I spent over an hour removing the wood blocks and 3" nails used to hold them down. See picture. Tried calling the location and no one answered, so we kept the truck. Spoke to the owner about this before returning and he did not seam to have any interest at all and did not even apologize. Horrible service and product. Would not recommend for anyone.

Friendly front desk customer service; plenty of inventory...some functional vehicles...some not, bit understaffed...inadequate parking; vehicle was filthy...I am assuming because they were understaffed. Nevertheless, I will use them again. Very impressed with the front desk service; improvements are expected.

The one star is only so I can write a review so others don't waste their time with this location and owner!! Joseph is so rude and doesn't know how to talk to paying customers! We chose 8am as our pickup time. I called Monday to confirm reservation and asked how long it takes to check in. I called the day before reservation with one last question and he told me they won't have our van there at 8. What do you mean?! He suggested I " stay home and when he gets it, he'll call me" I reminded him that's not how a reservation works. He said it was coming from ohare so I said we'll go out of our way and pick it up but I'm not paying the difference. He said ok, go there!! I called budget 7 times before I finally just drove to the ohare location. No one over the phone could help and it's impossible to speak to someone at that location. I go to ohare, guy says can I help you. I tell him I want a supervisor so I don't waste either of our time. He insisted he could help and after telling him everything he says "hold on, I'll get my manager!!" Terry Stanciel hears me out and says unfortunately we can not honor the rate, all I can do is try and get the van there for you by 8. He promises a call within an hour to confirm when the van will be there....never called!! I call Joseph back to see if he received any updates and he said no, I wouldn't. I told you I'll call you tomorrow!! And because he is so rude, him and I went back and forth. He honestly could care less that we made a reservation and he doesn't have the van there. Had I not called, we would have shown up and had no van to pickup!!! How could you do this to someone!!! And the best part, they tell you if you're 15 minutes late to the chosen drop off time, you owe one hour fee and if your 29min late you will be charged an extra day BUT if they don't have what you requested or they're late providing your requested vehicle you as the customer just get screwed!!! I'm not done after this review, many more people will be hearing from me!!

Oh where to start. I made a reservation a few days ago and received several confirmations including a phone call. Awesome! Fly into town and show up to pick up the car I already payed for and was told very rudely that they don’t have any vehicles available at all and I should call customer service. Fine. Call customer service and spoke with a very nice representative but after modifying the reservation to another location and downsizing to a smaller car, still have to pay extra. Worst rental experience EVER!!!

Amazing service. I showed up 15 mins late past the closing time for pickup and showed up 2 min late past the closing time for drop off. Joseph happened to be in the office wrapping things up, and was able to accomodate me even though he didnt have to (especially for the pickup). For the drop off the computer automatically charged a late fee but he removed it without me having to ask. I thought that the van with 35k miles on it was a bit older than what I typically have seen in the past, but I assume that its the draw of the luck and probably not within the location's control anyway so I didn't take any stars off for that.
