I stopped by Carnicerias Jimenez in Addison to pick up some marinated meat, and as always, the quality was great. However, my experience was ruined by something absolutely disgusting in the parking lot. A man was urinating on my vehicle's tire, and when I told him to stop, he just said, "Sorry, no English." I tried to explain that this isn't acceptable in public, and while he seemed to acknowledge it by saying "yes, yes" and walking away, he was still casually drinking his beer the whole time.
It's disappointing to have such a gross and unsanitary situation happen right outside the store. I hope management takes steps to ensure a cleaner and safer environment for customers.
This is not the first time i've seen this.It has been happening many times. Especially a lot on the weekends. But the first time actually on my vehicle.

Terrible attention from some butchers, one asks them to please cut the meat into pieces and they reluctantly say no because they can cut their fingers and you can tell it's because they don't want to 😒👎🏽

I am incredibly disappointed. My family of 5 came to eat tacos (very simple dish). I’m not sure if it was because our order was big but they completely disregarded us. An hour passed and a huge amount of people got their orders except us. We asked about our order about three times because they said it would take 20 minutes. After we asked for the last time they told us they would start our order. AFTER WAITING FOR AN HOUR. Needless to say, we left.
I used to love this place but just now 2pm, February 9th, will be the last time I set foot here. I will be telling all my friends and family about this. So disrespectful.

I'm very angry,,, because I bought a head at the Jiménez butcher shop, and when I uncovered it Hera was pure bone, she only had her tongue,,, what a pity for my guests,,, I don't recommend them,, that was a scam,, a deception 😭😭

The restaurant. Customer service is horrendous. The guy let me stand there 5 minutes. He saw me...nothing. never asked if he could help me. This was 5 minutes ago. I left.

I went today to the deli around 8:30pm. When I was trying to order the guy (with glasses) there was very rude and said they were closed. I told him it was not even 9pm and he said he had a lot of things to do so they were closed. Thought since the store hours was till 9pm they were supposed to serve till then. The attitude was the worse.

I went today to Carnicerias Jimenez and I visited the restaurant where I was treated disrespectfully. The cashier was very rude when I asked if I could exchange the salsa I received for another type that was available. Despite my polite request to purchase it, she responded sharply, stating that it wasn’t the salsa typically served with tacos. I offer to pay extra for it she gave me a very nasty attitude, When I turned to her coworker for assistance, he was friendly and agreed to help. However, the cashier then scolded him for even considering it, insisting he shouldn't provide it to me. Frustrated by her behavior, I decided to speak with the manager, as I felt her treatment was unwarranted and extremely disrespectful, when I was talking to her manager she was laughing and making fun of my complaint. I really hope that the ones in charged of the restaurant side can do something about her disgusting behavior I hope no one goes through a situation like this. Bastante desagradable.
