If I had the opportunity to still keep my toddler here I would. The only reason why I changed my daughter day care was because I need a day care that closed later but other then that I wouldn’t have changed her. Mrs. Carol is a really nice person and she try’s to help you out the most she can. The teachers are all so nice and caring. My daughter loved going to day care here and had no complaints.

Carol's Learning Academy is the best daycare in Addison the staff is great. My child has been coming here since 2017. Another thing about this daycare is that they open early and closed late. Carol is such a great person including her workers!

This daycare is the best you guys can find i love the teacher they will help you and always be there for you they are really nice ms.carol is the best she will have the best I'm been with them since my son was 3 now he is 7 it really a bless for me ???

Hello Carol, My dad used to take me here, you might remember me you were so nice to me and others I remember that we had popcorn with other students too! It was very fun I'm sorry my dad pulled me out, I love the daycare and the staff thank for the good times, love Gio Ramos

I was in need of a new daycare , and heard great feedback from multiple people from this daycare. I went ahead and called Mrs. Carol for further information and she was able to answer all my question and she made me feel at ease when I decided to move forward with this daycare. My daughter is now 7 years old and has been going to Mrs. Carol's Academy for about 2 1/2 years and my daughter ABSOLUTELY LOVES IT. The staff is super friendly and caring about all the children. Mrs. Carol and her staff are very involved with the children and make sure they have fun and are safe while doing so. During the children's summer/winter break she always has activities planned for them to enjoy. If there are any issues in the daycare Mrs. Carol and her staff are supper fast and efficient to resolve the problem and make everyone is comfortable. I am very happy and please with everyone at this daycare. My daughter loves all the teachers and has a great relationship with them, she considers them family. If you are looking for a FRIENDLY/CARING DAYCARE this is the place; YOU WON'T REGRET IT.

I am so glad that I found this daycare almost 2 years now my girls have been going there . I love that my girls became close with the kids and even the great staff that they have . Ms Carol is the best teacher anyone can ask for she even goes that extra mile . I am so happy that both my girls are doing great there they love going there each and everyday . I also am very grateful for Ms Carlo she is the best and works well with kids . I am so glad my kids are there I love this daycare .

Best Daycare I've encountered, I have been using daycares for my daughters since 2012 and this is the BEST; Ms Carol has a huge heart, has the best communication with the parents and really cares for the children and their well being, my daughters and I are lucky and privileged to have found Carol's Learning Academy and to have met such an amazing person like Ms. Carol. The staff is amazing, the center is very clean and the area is very safe for the kids. Love it and 100% reccomend ???

My son has been going to carols learning academy for about 3.5 years it was hard to find a daycare that would provide transportation to AELC. At first I was skeptical, but Iam so glad I decided to enroll my son. Mrs.carol and her staff are all very loving and caring towards the kids. Its not your typical daycare they go above and beyond my son absolutely loves Ms.Julie and Miss.Gigi thank you so much for making son feel welcomed each and every day ❤️

My kids love this place. I never felt a safer for my kids. They went here w for about 3 years. Mrs Carol and Ms. Geegee is so patient with kids and do a lot of activities. Definitely the best daycare around

I only put one star because I am not able to put 0. These people hit your child as a punishment. My 3 year old daughter told me on different occasions that her teacher hit her in her back, bottom, and leg. When filling out my paperwork with Carol she tried to guide me to lie about my wages for the YWCA child care program and she filled in information on my paperwork on her own without my consent. When I first filled out my paper work with Carol she said that there are cameras in her classes, but when I requested to look at the surveillance for any incidents my daughter was involved in Carol told me that the cameras are not in the classroom because there is an issue with her daycare LICENSE. She told me she groups 3yr old's with 6yr old's because "she can". She doesn't let you speak with the teacher during parent/teacher conferences. Carol tried to tell me that she doesn't call meetings "Parent/ teacher" conferences , but on her fraudulent website that's exactly what they're called. I tried to request another conference so that my child's father can be present and Carol terminated her enrollment a day before the conference. I never told her the accusations my daughter told me up until I had to pick up her things. The teacher not being present at the conference and then my daughter being practically kicked out was all the proof I needed that what my daughter said was true. My daughter also stated that she was placed in timeout with both arms up and one leg up facing a wall. My daughter being hit in her leg by the teacher was because she can't balance on one leg for no more than a few seconds. I was never given any written reports or calls for the children hitting my daughter that happened in the morning times which involved my daughter crying ,only verbal at the time of pick (3:30-4:00) . I asked my daughter on different days at random times in between conversations and my 3yr old story never changed. You never know the teachers REAL name or anyone's last name. I asked Carol to point out the pictures of the teachers that was in the class when incidents happened and she did, but when I picked up my daughter things, all of those pictures were removed from the BILL BOARD. Carol was not in the classroom at the time of these incidents and I was not able to speak with the staff that was. If you love your child I would not even look at this illegal centers way. If you decide to put your child in this CATHOLIC church/school then maybe your child need a new set of parents.
