I dropped off my daughter's prom dress after the prom event and the owner was busy with a client, who was in the dressing room, ice been coning here for a while so I trusted her with taking two dresses and adding it to my file for a later pick up. Well, huge mistake bc she doesn't remember I dropped it off nor they found the dresses.. Didn't give any money for it and I just lost 2 dresses as if I donated it to the Salvation Army.

Overcharged me and been a loyal customer for years. They charged me a $10 repair fee and didn’t even repair anything. Don’t go to these guys. Their lazy n do half a$$ work and overcharge

I cannot explain how wonderful this service is!!! I broke my leg and was unable to get a dress for my niece’s wedding that fit properly. Not only were they able to perfectly size the length, but also adjusted the shoulders. I received so many compliments on my dress and it all thanks to this amazing place!!Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

I took 2 pairs of kids shirts and pants to get them cleaned and pressed. They came back clean and the pressing was done but it still had some wrinkles on the front of both shirts and along the pants. I have ironed these shirts and pants and have done a better job than they did, and they have professional equipment. I am not happy if I can't trust them to perform a basic service. Very disappointed and will not ever use them again.
