Jorge, the branch manager, is always on point and very welcoming at his branch. He has helped simplify a couple of complex things into seamless steps. Next, Felix, the private client banker, is always a pleasure to work with and a great listener. When growing my relationship with Chase, it will be because of the guys above mentioned. Sometimes, raising the bar and providing excellent service is not seen in this world anymore. This chase location takes it to the next level. ? ? ? ? ?

I cash my check here every week for 10+ years. Today I brought in my passport because I kiss placed my ID and they gave me a lot of trouble. I had a hard time getting my money out. I’m here every week for 500 weeks!!! Definitely looking for another bank.

Thursday 12/22. What’s going on Chase. Why have you closed ALL of your Locations. I need to access a teller.you’re never done that before.All of them really.Some of your customers need access to a teller in order to cash checks get money orders to send to family.I can see how customer supportive you really are.

Took me nearly a month to get an appointment. No one ever, and I mean ever, answers the phone. This is not a good branch to do business at. Their mortgage team is also basically helpless.
