I cash my check here every week for 10+ years. Today I brought in my passport because I kiss placed my ID and they gave me a lot of trouble. I had a hard time getting my money out. I’m here every week for 500 weeks!!! Definitely looking for another bank.

Thursday 12/22. What’s going on Chase. Why have you closed ALL of your Locations. I need to access a teller.you’re never done that before. All of them really. Some of your customers need access to a teller in order to cash checks get money orders to send to family.I can see how customer supportive you really are.

Took me nearly a month to get an appointment. No one ever, and I mean ever, answers the phone. This is not a good branch to do business at. Their mortgage team is also basically helpless.

Stopped by here to get a document notarized. Once I got there, a banker asked me, "what do you need help with?" I said "just need a single page notarized". She said "ok, put your name on sign in sheet." After an hour, I ask another worker, "what's taking soo long?" She said "we only have one notary available and she's with a customer, wait your turn." Here's the funny part, the banker who first asked me what do I need help with, was the only notary available. Since she was "so tied up" and literally the only person who could help me, everyone who came after me, received help from other bankers and left. There are 10 cubicles but only 3 bankers working, you guys need to hire more people. What should have taken a couple minutes, TOOK TWO HOURS!!! Line was also out the door for teller line. All the tellers talk so much, tell stories, joke, etc. That's all fine but not when there is a line out there door. Politely hurry it up. What a joke. 0 stars. AVOID this awful place.

Walked in for an appointment on the wrong date, but was quickly helped by Ruben who was able to find us someone to assist. Yesenia was also very helpful and took care of everything we needed. Thank you both for your excellent customer service!

Oh open an account sure. 2 years after I've had this account. Here's my take on it.There absolutely bs when check depositing. Some times money is available the second of the deposit. Other times it has to wait a day. Others they for some reason wait weeks before giving you your money even though you have deposited checks from your job there for years and not one had bounced..... so yeah get plans to go to work, going out or have bills to pay. Chase says not there fault or cares less. Better not be living check to check because you'll end up paying late fees and/or being homeless. That isn't ok period. I've had to pay 100s this week in late fees over this issue. im closing my account and gonna go elsewhere.

Tellers are efficient but officers are so ...inefficient and slow. Not uncommon to wait 30 min. 3 trips and still could not resolve my issue. Poor transaction history in the computer. Documents not centrally shared so other bankers can assist.Sure they have more complex transactions but they all have to leave their cube to copy, scan or file docs. Why don't they have machines available in the officer area? Rarely do I see more than 2 or 3 bankers, esp on busy days?

I went to this branch to cash a cashier check in order to finalize a business transaction with one of my clients. The teller there told my customer that the cashier check needs to be deposited in their own bank and it might or might not be available after two days. For the teller - GET SOME TRAINING or get out - don't play with peoples' money if you have no idea what you are doing- you almost costed me a $36,000 transaction to go sideways! Shame on you and the managers there! Let me train you if they can't - cashier checks are as CASH! the money is out of my account and can be cashed or deposited without any problems - again, IT IS LIKE CASH in hand! The only way a cashier check amount will go back into the account if the check is not cashed within 90 days! Again, SHAME on you and the people who are suppose to make sure that you know your job!

I’ve been a customer for over 20 years. Called this branch on a Wednesday because it is close to where I’m living now. They won’t answer the phone. I’ve been calling periodically all day to ask a simple question. What a shame that this “community” bank won’t even answer the phone. Made a decision - I’m closing my accounts after all these years and I will find a bank that values its customers. I will bet that they could care less which makes it so much easier to do so. Bye, bye.

They never answer the phone, most of the atm's are either broken or tagged up w/ grafitti. Would expect better for a Chase. Was much better when the other location on Lake was open. This place is a joke.
