This has been the most wonderful car buying experience of our lives! I seriously can’t even begin to explain the amazing service that we have received here. We will never buy a car anywhere else. First, the quality of the cars here is impeccable. They really care about the type of cars they are selling. Secondly, the are so prepared and organized we were in and out in like 2 hour and the only reason it took that long was because we waited for our financing company to send us the approval. Earl was so professional and knowledge about the paperwork part and Keith was great at showing us the car and explaining the features. Don’t come here to haggle and come prepared with your financing. Which is the way we love to do business because it’s so much easier. The cars are priced very fairly and they really take care of you. My husbands car had some minor scratches when we bought it in the winter and they said they would fix it but told us wait until summer that way it’s nice and fresh. We emailed them and they set up a time and got it fix and detailed. Again, most dealers would pretend like they didn’t know who you are but these guy went above and beyond. Simply amazing service! Thank you guys!

I recently purchased a late model BMW X3 from CCO and I'm so grateful to have found this amazing dealership located just off the beaten path in Addison.Like most auto shoppers these days, I performed an extensive online search in advance. I eventually narrowed my search down to 3 vehicles I wanted to see up close + test drive.By far, my entire experience at CCO was a cut above the competition on all counts. For starters, CCO fullly understands the modern-day buyer process and as such, they place more focus on their unique inventory of carefully selected high-end vehicles. They set the bar high and the (entirely covered) showroom says it all. Less of an emphasis on a flashy mega-dealership, and more attention given to what truly counts - select inventory and customer service.On that note, Earl was absolutely fantastic. Genuinely friendly and not in the least bit pushy - a rare combo relative to most auto sales folks I've encountered. Not to mention, Earl didn't try to undercut the value of my meticulously maintained trade-in, which I knew would fit in nicely with the CCO fleet.I highly recommend anyone looking for higher end vehicles at fair market price and excellent customer service check out CCO. I certainly plan to head back for my next auto purchase.

Stay away from Kyle! I submitted a inquiry for a car and he got back to me 3 days later. I then asked him a few basic questions and it’s been over 4 days and STLL no response. I went and bought at another dealership this week for a bit more in price just to make sure this business didn’t get my money.
