My new shower door was installed several weeks ago. Joel and Thomas were excellent installers. They were on time, they were delightful to work with, and they answered all of my questions, They cleaned up after they finished and my door is beautiful. Now that I have been using my new shower for a few weeks, I wanted to write a review and give kudos to Creative Mirrors and its staff. The salesperson was professional and though the cost was a little higher than the bid that I received from a different company, the professional presentation and showing me the parts being installed was very important to me. I also visited Creative Mirror’s showroom in Addison where I was able to see the door in person.
Bottom line: My experience was positive from the moment I opened my front door to greet the salesperson until I closed the door after the installation was complete.

This is our third experience with Creative Mirror. Never disappointed. Today Jesus & Garrett came to remove old shower doors. They both were very professional, friendly and came on time. They did an excellent job removing and cleaning what was removed. Hope they return to install the new doors. Highly recommend Creative Mirror and Shower. Great job!

We received a shower door for our new home to replace a simple curtain. The installlation staff, Oscar and Antoni were a pleasure to work with. They were respectful of our home, laying down mats on the floor to walk in and in our bathroo. They also took off their shoes to avoid tracking snow into our house. They were also very respectful of noise levels since we have a newborn and still managed a high quality installation. They were informative explaining what they did, how they did it, along with recommending effective shower cleaning agents with the glass we received. Very happy with the timeliness and overall service

Creative Mirror and Shower installed seamless shower doors for me. From the salesman Matt to the installers, It was a great experience! The quality of the product was top of the line. And the cost was less than other lower quality products. They give the option of a 1/4 inch glass but I would advise staying with 3/8 or above. Visit their showroom and you with see why. I would highly recommend them.

I had a tuneup done on our shower door. Enrique and Angel were the techs that came out and performed the service. Outstanding customer service. Removed old seals. Cleaned glass for new installation. Installed and checked for proper operation. Cleaned area when finished.
