Cube Smart was very suitable and affordable for my needs. It was very clean and well kept and Anita was awesome. She did a last minute rental for me. She was friendly and personable and efficient. She took me back to the unit, showed me the ropes and made sure my code actually worked. I would definitely come back.

Can't say enough about how helpful Anita has been for us. We have come to her for several units throughout the years and she is always happy to assist and makes us laugh. It's amazing how far a smile and warm-hearted gesture will go these days.

The storage rent price goes up EVERY RENEWAL. It's about $130 now for the smallest unit with the mandatory insurance. Not even climate-controlled. They have a mouse problem, too. Will be changing companies soon.
Regarding the reply from CubeSmart: I already tried speaking with the store manager and she said there is nothing she can do to lower the cost.
UPDATE 2/20/24: Who the hell did this facility get sold to? The new manager is extremely unprofessional.
