Got a text that a perscription was ready.went in several days latter to find that they are out of medication.They could not find it it is in short supply.The medication that was ready is now not there,scumbags. Disgusting that they would give out medication to somebody else, when they called and said that it was ready. Shady to say the least.

I never had issues like this at Walgreens. If the Union didnt force us to use CVS I would have never switched. I will pay higher prices to choose a pharmacy that cares. Question, why do you have a care program. Obviously you careless about patient safety. Worst pharmacy ever! Ratings says it all. 2.8

I’ve had to work with so many different pharmacies in the past, both as a patient and provider. Honestly, this one is a GREAT one. The staff are super nice and helpful, and they answer the phones! I’ve never been put on hold for more than 5 minutes (for competing ones, I’ve had to wait an hour before!).

My husband has been here THREE times today to fill a prescription. THREE. This pharmacy is trash. My 15 month old was prescribed amoxicillin and another medication because he is sick, first time the pharmacist threw a paper at my husband saying one of the meds is out of stock. With ZERO further instruction just points to the paper and says out of stock. Doesn’t look up another CVS that has it, doesn’t say call your doctor and have them sent the script somewhere else. Nothing. Then he asks for the amoxicillin and she said she never got that script- okay not her fault.So we call the doctor and they said it is for sure sent over just give it some time to show in their system . 6 hours go by- My husband goes back to pick it up, they say they still don’t have it. So we call the doctor AGAIN, they say it is for sure sent over but they will call the CVS for us . So I wait about an hour and then call CVS- CVS magically finds the script and says yes it’s ready and to come pick it up. We go to pick it up, they say “it’s not ready please wait 15 minutes so we can make the medicine “ …why did you say it’s ready when it’s not? The lady on the phone was very sweet but why lie and say a prescription is ready? We have been waiting all day for this to give to our son who has a fever. So now we are waiting for the medicine “to be made” even though they said it was ready and to come pick it up. This place is a literal joke. You’re better off at Walgreens if you can get your meds filled there!

This CVS does not know how to discount their own store coupons or manufacturing coupons. Clerk missed discounting the manufacturing coupon and wasn’t able to credit it back. When I went back to get it fixed they weren't able to do the transaction. Other CVS pharmacies do it easily and even honor their CVS bucks if they are a day or so expired. Will definitely take my business elsewhere.

Asian Pharmacist lady is way over her head.. asked to come back an hour later to apply a manufacturer coupon to an already made prescription. With over 10 years experience in this pharmacy I know it takes less than 2 minutes to do... Avoid this pharmacy.

Every visit here is pure agony. I have a script that I need every 30 days and I try to call and give the pharmacy a heads up so that it can be in stock at least 4-5 days before I need to fill it and they still do not have what I need. When my doctor puts a prescription through for medication I need they will wait untilyou yourself call the pharmacy and ask forIt- but good luck with that because it takes forever to get in touch with anyone. Today, the script had been put in hours ago by my doctor and they still don’t fill it. I didn’t know that we now need to wait 24-48 hours after the script is given to get medication. When I am on a daily medication that I can only fill a certain quantity this really isn’t ideal and is certainly not focused on your health and well-being. I will be switched to jewel asap

The pharmacy frequently hangs up on you without speaking to you. I was on hold for an hour once, and then *click* disconnected. Other times, 20 minutes and then *click* disconnected.

One of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever experienced. Gave it multiple tries but continue to get disappointed with the entire staff including the pharmacists here. Made us come into the store from the drive through with a sick child by stating there’s a line of customers. I walked in and there was nobody in the entire store.
