This place is crazy they just hired a short Asian lady she is rude with people slow on Drive-thru she speak to people like she doesn't want to help bad enough you're dealing with illnesses.

I would have given CVS a negative star but that is not available. CVS has the worst pharmacy phone and online applications. The pharmacists are great, but they are definitely short staffed all the time. I have to assume the reason for not enough workers is CVS Leadership wants to save money, more money for them and not caring about customer safety or customer experience. The phone system is not usable, CVS website is poorly designed and I do not think any of the background applications are properly developed or tested prior to release. Online I made an appoitment for 2 vaccines, when I arrived the pharmasist informed me both were out of stock. Why would the web page let me select something that is not available at the store? Getting my prescriptions filled by auto refill or when the doctor sends in a new one, is consistently not processed properly. I feel sorry for the way too busy pharmacy staff, they have to stop working on filling orders to Immediately help customers get the drugs they need.

I forgot to have my doctor change where I want my prescription to go. So I tried again to go to CVS. I received the automated phone call that it was completed. I went there and I was told it was completed but they could not find it. So I had to leave with out my medicine. Now I will have to wait another day without meds until I can have it sent some where else.

Usually everybody in the pharmacy at this location are extremely nice except the pharmacist at work or is working right now on Sunday 8-23-21 I've been sitting in the ER for the last four hours I rushed to drop off my prescription not sure if I could get it today but figured it didn't hurt to ask it's only six any possibility for this evening I know that they close in 45 minutes and I hear the pharmacist tell her not thinking I could hear her she says to her tell her absolutely not who does she think she is she's not special especially coming in here hour before we close she's not special who does she think she is we have 1 million strips in front of her to do absolutely not well my opinion she could've just said no I'm sorry I would if I could but it'll be ready in the morning there's too many in front of you right now just something polite she did not need to be that rude and I heard her and I responded back to her so I will be not using this CVS anymore not that they care but just an awful attitude she should be glad she has a job I know I am every other pharmacist there is Nominal I've actually never seen this one before but whatever I guess she's a better person than all of us that's the way she was acting acting

Horribly service at the pharmacy. They take over 10 minutes on average to answer the phone. This is over a span of a few different days and times calling.

What's the point of making an appointment for a flu shot. The appointment was for today scheduled several days in advance. Upon arrival told they do not have the flu shot available. You give all of the information including your insurance and contact information online when you make the appointment. They can't make the phone call to save you the trip coming in by telling you it needs to be rescheduled. Totally unacceptable!

Place is a dump. Needs to be torn down. Employees are the slowest and dont care. Getting a much needed perscription is faster thru the mail. Goodbye cvs

You don't get the sale price unless you have a cvs card on file at this location. I have one at a different location too.

This store has gone way downhill--it's filthy as well. Each time I "give them another chance" there's nothing but chaos in pharmacy, which is understaffed on a regular basis. I'll drive a little further to Walgreens. I'm done with CV
