Terrible Experience, Avoid This Place
I should have heeded the warning signs in the reviews before stepping foot into this establishment. Reviews exist for a reason – to save people from the dreadful experience I had here. I decided to get a pedicure, but it turned into a nightmare within minutes.
As soon as I sat in the pedicure chair, I noticed the technician giving me ingrown nails on all my toes. It was painful and utterly unprofessional. When I asked them to stop, the communication barrier became apparent. The gentleman attending to me seemed to lack understanding of English, making it impossible to convey my discomfort.
The owner, who claimed to be the professional, didn't handle the situation any better. Instead of rectifying the situation, she promptly asked me to leave, citing that I had hurt the technician's feelings. The lack of skills and communication created confusion, leaving me in shock at the unprofessionalism displayed.
While the place appeared clean, the incompetence of the staff overshadowed any positive aspect. If I hadn't spoken up, I could have ended up with ingrown nail infections. I strongly advise against visiting this place. It's nothing more than a chop shop masquerading as a professional establishment. Save yourself the agony and look for a more competent and customer-oriented salon. I won't be returning, and I hope others avoid this place too.

Came in to get nails fixed and she looked at my nails and told me to come back tomorrow. I was getting nails removed and a new set. The lady told me it would take HOURS to do my nails. She treated me with no respect and she was telling me to come back tomorrow. If you want to be treated with complete disrespect come here!!

I've been coming here since they open. So many years ago, I have never been disappointed whether is a pedicure, manicure or getting my eyebrows done. Jenny and Kenny are great at what they do. Love coming here

This place does not even deserve a one star, took my kids here for a simple manicure with a small design. The lady instantly gave attitude to my 9 year old daughter. After refusing a small design my daughter picked three colors and the lady refused to paint with the three colors chosen. Not sure why. Maybe wasn’t interested in simply doing her job .and yelled at her to pick one color. At this point I should have just walked out but my daughter waited all day to have her nails done. Fast forward to check out I chose the option of the Zelle payment tip they have printed clearly on the wall, the lady points in my wallet, at the cash I have in my wallet and asks me to give her cash. I cannot believe how unprofessional and truly terrible this place is.. I am surprised they are still up and running. The dirty looks she gave to my kids was absolutely horrendous. I will never come here again and I advise no one else does either!!!!Service: Kids' manicures
