“Over the last two months I found two occasions to give C& K Electronics a 5-star review.The first was related to a dishwasher control board that was not working, was no longer made, nor replacment units available anywhere.Upon taking the unit to C&K Electonics, Perry repaired while I waited.Two weeks ago my stove began beeping with a F1 error code. This control board was also found to no longer be made, nor supported by the manufacturere.I took to to Perry to review and one day later he had it repaired. One hour later the stove was back working.”

One tried to sell me an insurance policy and told me to wait 40 days to wait for the policy to take effect because they said it was a motherboard issue. The other had me go into the store just to tell me they don't fix PS5s even though I filled out their online form.
