Allstate had the best price at first, however there is a price increase every year, about double the cost in 5 to 6 years. I called recently to voice my concerns, and spoke to Jannette, she told me she would look into my account and follow up. She never followed, so I reached out again, and again no follow up. I decided to take my buisness elsewhere. Too bad I liked Allstate, but not the customer service.

I have been very happy with the excellent service that I have received from everyone oftheir professional and courteous staff.I have an Automobile policy that is custom made for me at a price I can afford..I highly recommend this agency. I’ve been using James E. Town for insurance since I was on my parents car insurance YEARS ago. They were very accommodating when my parents moved to Florida and I moved to my own plan with adding renters insurance! I don’t foresee us changing insurance ANY time soon! Definitely well trusted and are always there when you need them!

WORST INSURANCE AGENT EVER!!! HORRIBLE INSURANCE COMPANY!!! After 20 years with Allstate I had one claim because a pipe burst and they will not cover me. Cancelled the policy but they kept the policy going until 4 months later (without payment) and now are putting me in collections for $56!!! RIDICULOUS!!! Called several times and he finally got back to me to say he's sorry, but he can't do anything. Do yourself a favor and find a good Agent and a good Insurance company!!!
