Be cautious with this brand of black olives! I recently purchased some and was disappointed to find they had a weird smell. Despite the expiration date being 2028, the quality was very poor. Always inspect before buying!

I’ve been shopping at the Addison store for over 40 years. Never has been so dirty. The store manager is useless and refuses to fix issues and he will lie to your face just to get you out of the store so he doesn’t have to deal with the issues. Never a register open, you’re forced to use self check out so I stopped going to the store altogether.

I shop at this location for many years but today I had an issue I try to exchange a product just exchange and a young man long hair was very rude and looks like he was in a bad mood. He said that the item I try to exchange wasn’t for this store. I didnt have my receipt and I told him that I just want to exchange. The product wasn’t open and of course I bought this product in this store. When I bring my new product a lady name Debbie told me the same. She said that next time I can’t exchange nothing without receipt. She was unprofessional and rude.
Retail store corporate said that yes I can exchange any product without receipt at any Jewel Osco.
I love this store but unfortunately some people who works there don’t care customers

Not perfect but getting there. See much improvement since the construction last year. Seems like every time I go thay are out for something... and their system can't pick up my number for rewards / discounts. Not once, but my last 3 visits. Never have a problem at any other store...

I love the bakery department. The cakes are made exactly the way I request it every time. Pharmacy employees are super helpful as well.

Worst damn jewels to go to sitting in electric wheel chair for an hour waiting on deli to get ham only one person behind the counter the line for the chicken 10 people in line waiting to get chicken who knows how long people just leaving nobody in the deli area unbelieveable that management hasn't improved this situation you want service go to the jewels on Robert palmer dr in elmhurst went there line was long but reduced to one person in 10 minutes good service in deli and chicken

Really good place to shop. There is everything you will need and I love that they have so many deals. I would recommend that you download the Jewel Osco app, so you can save even more. The employees are also amazing.

I shop at this location all the time but today I had a issue with self checkout and asked for help the lady was very rude and unprofessional so now I'm considering staying with Walmart completely

The manager in the the dairy department I think his name is Bill is a great and excellent worker he helped me find something that was hidden far in the back of the freezer very good manager and he very friendly

Who ever gets a job interview please watch out what u put in your application oh availability to work because u will get accountable,and fired to not complying the hours you could work,I started to work here got hired because I sign of piece of paper saying I am not obligated to change my workdays I am going to give my hours that I needed the bottom line I have never worked with a store that has poor managers and rude and no respect at all that I have been working here this is a shame I quited because they couldn't fine hours of the whole 7 days a week and 24 hours to put me evenings and not mornings they obligated u to stick on their schedule untill the my use u whenever they want when they tell us to work they do not care at all to loose u as a Employee please watch out u will never want somone go thru this like I did the sad part he knew for a month that I couldn't work mornings but worked with me for the holidays and Christmas and new year and waited to use me as a employee untill he own time untill he told me I am obligated to work the schedule and bottom line.please I will advice who ever apply here watch carefully what u do and sign can be a problem for you will just throw u as trash when they can I just wish I knew he could've told me that not way at all and there no schedule for evenings to walk out but he wanted to make sure he had staff during the holidays season to use me and work with me untill he had a chance to tell me I need to work the days I said I can but didn't have time to tell me this a month ago when he has putting me in evenings.now I am jobless to lack of not working the schedule,has no respect for anyone but their own he couldn't work with me in the evenings...
And left a pregnant girl and mother of 3 kids jobless for not having compassion and affection to work with me
