I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the staff at this jiffy lube, Alfredo explained everything perfectly and didn’t take advantage of the fact that im a woman like most mechanics do, Thanks Alfredo, I will be taking my car back there for more service!

Went to have an oil change done here at jiffy lube and had the pleasure of meeting Thomas and his crew.. they were very professional, informative and very kind, I haven’t had a bad experience yet with jiffy lube, keep up the good fellas ??

From the beginning, everything was done very well. The options of services was presented in a clear, easy to understand manner. The actual oil change was done well- nothing rushed with the overall quality of service clearly the goal. Excellent location and personnel

I’ve gone to this location since 2021 for all my services, I will not be going back again. I went today 1-3pm for just an oil change and the mechanic said I needed new spark plugs. Waited two hours until the car was ready. When I paid, I asked politely why it took that long and Sara said it was because spark plugs are not their specialty, they had to wait 20-30 mins for parts and that they were understaffed. None of this was mentioned to me previously. Seemed like an insincere apology and that the team did not work well together. Frustrating and a waste of time. Would not recommend this location!
