Arrived at Kars Today in Addison, after having been given an appt time to see a vehicle listed for sale. I was told someone would be with me shortly. I was in an empty office and waited almost 25 minutes. I received a call, while I was in their office that the wrong vehicle had been washed, and that was the reason for the wait. . I left the office to look in their garage. The car was running, while they were drying it. Once in the vehicle, the windshield wipers got stuck in motion and wouldn’t turn off. I turned the car off (remember the almost 25m I waited) and the vehicle would not start again-a quick grinding noise only. And yet, the wipers were still engaged and swiping across the windows. He knew I drove a considerable to get there. Never again.

I could not be more pleased with our purchase today. He was kind, honest professional, respectful etc... We both knew the car was a good one. Its in excellent working condition , super clean, low mileage and he gave us a great deal!!! I would HIGHLY recommend checking them out if you're looking for a new vehicle.. I purchase a G37x infinity. That has very low miles, very clean. customer service was spot on. Professional, easy to work with. The workers were very nice. They know what they’re doing. Would I recommend them to my friends and family YES!!! This place has nice cars, luxury and economy cars miles vary, he stands behind his cars and truck. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for me I’m please with my purchase…. And you will be too.
