the girl at the front who just dresses in appropriate to work couldn’t even refund me my 30 bucks on food i never got this is by far the worst LC ever don’t come here they said it takes 3 whole weeks for a refund when i’ve got to many other LC and they gave me my refund same day or in 3-5 business days and these people are telling me 3 weeks front lady’s didn’t even want to help me they kept giving me attitude saying it’s not their problem these people literally are took my money don’t come here

Absolutely terrible customer service! If you can avoid this location, do so. Manager treats people terribly, swearing at customers, slamming the drive thru window and refusing to give you your pizza. Turns off lights and closes doors at 7pm, what a winner! Shouldn't be in customer service if you're this miserable... Good reviews recently posted are fake, it's to distract you from the bad reviews. Avoid this place, manager is very abusive...

This location is always good, sometimes LC can be hit or miss. Lunch is always fresh never had an issue.

Absolutely amazed on how perfect everything was.Food was ready on time.Food was cooked perfectly.Full sauce cups as opposed to the half or quarter filled ones you see at other little Caesars spots.Great service!Really really really happy with my visit!!Keep it up!!

Was just there at 7pm picked up order at 7:15 pm ordered 2 pizzas and a crazy bread combo forgot the sauce went inside threw on top of my box did not say a word. placed a second order for another pizza when I got home went to pick it up and front door was locked went to drive thru and manager was very rude asked why door was closed when hours of operation say open till 9:00pm started swearing at me refused to give me my order slammed the drive thru window would not come back to window.horrible service will not be back hope to hear back from someone since this is the only Little Caesar’s in town and inconvenience to drive to another location.

My dad went to order a pizza and the pepperoni one had a long hair on it, it’s very disgusting we didn’t even eat it cause we were grossed out. I called 3 times and no one picks up smh.

I came here with my boyfriend and one of my friends they said that the lobby closed at 8pm even know my mobile order went through the hours say open till 9pm and there were people standing inside. The second he walked to the door they ran around the counter and locked the door in front of him, then they kept pointing at a random sign from inside of the restaurant. We went through drive thru and they threatened to cancel the mobile order that we already paid for and told my boyfriend that this his last time coming here and not to show up to that little Caesar's again and it was our first time there . The general manager was the one giving attitude and was being really rude. December 13,2023 at 8:30pm

Last night the person at the window was extremely rude he refused to give our order we already paid for because we weren’t in a car, their doors were locked so we had to go to the drive through he then refused to give us a refund and told us to call corporate. Worse experience

THERE WAS A BUG ON MY PIZZA. I would rate 0 stars if I could. Staff is the most disgusting staff I have ever seen in my life. The people making the food were touching the pizza with their bare hands, and there was a BUG in my pizza when I got it. When I asked for a refund they DENIED at first until I had to call the police. DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS ANY BUSINESS. THEY ARE THE WORST AND LEAST HYGENIC PIZZA PLACE IN TOWN.

The workers are very unprofessional and the cleanliness is non existent at best. I witnessed the big guy with long hair and the older guy with long hair handle multiple items without gloves after messing with their hair and and even a washroom trip. don't even get me started on the charred pizza !Wouldn't recommend going here

Worst customer service ever. I love Caesar's pizza, but when I arrived here, they accepted my order, gave me my money, and then I observed them cooking the pizza without even cleaning their hands. Do you realize how many infections and nasty things arise from cash?
