December 19, 2024- Lost my Bluetooth connection and called Beltane. Magda asked several questions about the connection and then said “No Problem,” just bring both of the hearing aids in today and we will fix the problem. They helped explain various sizing questions, product differences, stuff about inventory, shipping, what's popular, and more - cool stuff.Got to try on a few things to figure out my sizing in a playfully designed fitting room.
