We’ve used this StorageMart for two different household moves and they have always gone above and beyond for us. Patrick has always been consistently helpful, professional, and accommodating, and they always worked with us to make sure we were satisfied. Highly recommend they’ve truly been a great help to us!

One of the easiest going storage places ever, Especially Sonya She was Very But I mean VERY!! Helpful Spoke with her about lost keys she got right on it and helped me get them in hand within minutes not like some other places that you have to schedule appointment for lock cuts. 10 out of 10 Recommend this place and Talking with Sonya!!!

Had my storage for 3 months at $75 and just got the notice that they will increase the rate. Beware that this can happen even if you haven’t had the unit for long. They followed up after I voiced my concern about their 60% increase and negotiated it down to a 40% increase. Still very unreliable and nerve wrecking when you need to re-budget every other month and worry about this. This is insane.

I needed somewhere to park my van heated and they got me in the same day for a good price and gave me half off the next month. Sonia at the front desk was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this place.

From beginning was perfect two months $179
Than they raised to $329 per month than I found they add $30.97 for some insurance even I bought insurance and they have in file so that why they don’t charge me months before . No problem I’m stop by and we found they charge me 3 times for insurance for no reason and they refund me 3 x$30.97 . But right next month they raise me rent from $329 to $389 extra $60
My storage is 10’x20’ .
Please let me know how much you guys paying for storage I think it’s game here and they really raising prices how they like .

I’ve had great experiences here. I needed to go from a bigger unit to a smaller one (less stuff to store and the price felt too high) and they made it very easy for me. The people in there are always kind to me and very helpful.

PLEASE READ – RATE INCREASE BEWARE:
In case anyone’s curious about what their rental hikes might look like, here’s mine — it went up 17% in six months. Around 6/27/25, this facility switched from Metro to StorageMart. Since then, I’ve had two increases: one because the cheapest insurance they offered now through StorageMart was suddenly more expensive than the previous company, and a few months later they raised my actual rent which took my total from $137 to $157 a month.
Be cautious of the reviews you read here — many of them came from the prior company that wasn’t increasing prices like this, and many people who recently signed up also haven't hit their 6 months yet to see hikes under this new company. Very unfortunate when places get bought out, this is what happens. I encourage you to shop around, because these types of increases shouldn't be okay in just six months.
