“This would easily have been a five if not for the damaged property, lack of response and the delivery driver. My move was from Midwest to the East coast. My experience with the team in Chicago was excellent. I was going into storage initially. I was told it would go into crates, I was told I could use my own blankets. No crates and my blankets disappeared in the process. The driver on the delivery end was very aggressive and was only concerned about how the outcome looked for him and not whether I was a satisfied customer. Moved items into the house to discover many items damaged. The major item was a stand up desk that I will have to replace at my cost.
Have reached out several times to the team in Chicago with no response. In the end it was disappointing.
I revised this to a 5 star, as it was my experience with the team in Chicago and that same team resolved all issues to my great satisfaction. I do believe I can recommend this team as they are very customer focused.”

“I recently moved into my new apartment with the help of All My Sons Moving, and overall I had a great experience. Jeremy and Luis were absolutely amazing — incredibly hardworking, friendly, and professional from start to finish. They handled my belongings with care and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free.
My only complaint is the cost of wrapping the furniture, which ended up being much higher than I expected. I understand this pricing is out of the crew’s control, but it’s something future customers should be aware of.
That said, Jeremy and Luis truly went above and beyond, and their excellent service made a big difference. I really appreciated their effort and would recommend them based on the quality of their work.”

They were courteous, careful, engaged, worked very hard, and fit everything into the truck, and were equally helpful and careful on unloading and reassembling all of our stuff. “When it came time to move a family member from a house into an apartment, based on my personal past experiences, my first and only call was to Hollander. This move could not have gone better. This was the last in a series of moves, and included items that came from both storage and from temporary housing, so it was a big move. The new apartment building did not make it easy for the movers, but this crew really rolled with the punches, got it done, and went above and beyond. They were also very helpful when it came to moving things around to help us choose items that were going to stay in the apartment and items that were going to go back into storage. Marcus H, Alex P, Simon, S and Paul M were all terrific, worked well together, and were very accommodating. I’m sure it was a very long day for all of them, but they never let on, and they truly went above and beyond. I will continue to highly recommend Hollander to friends, family, and clients.”

They also helped us to place all the many parts at the venue before and after the show! It was a pleasure to have them be involved!!

“MicroShip made our move easy. Rob the owner was very knowledgeable and professional without the hard sell tactics. I found MicroShip through a trusted competitor who could not accommodate us. Luciano and Jacob showed up promptly on time and carefully wrapped and packed our shipment. I could not recommend them more highly. I wish I had never used google search sponsored ads because of the nonstop calls, texts, and emails. Microchip is a breath of fresh air in an otherwise awful experience. I wish they had been my first and only call!”
