If I could give zero stars, I would. This was my first visit, and I came in for a no chip pedicure and acrylics. The experience was disappointing from start to finish. The pedicure technician kept pressuring me to change my color, even after I said no I always do a specific shade four times. She used a completely different nail polish shade and brand that was dry. The polish ended up patchy with visible gaps. She then tried to cover it with a lighter shade on top. I had confirmed over the phone and in person that I wanted acrylics, but when I sat down, they claimed I was scheduled for a no chip manicure. Everything felt rushed and disorganized. The acrylics were uneven, chipped after two days, and they skipped my cuticles entirely. At the end, only two workers were left, and one tried to overcharge me $10. Overall, it was an unprofessional and uncomfortable experience I won’t be returning.

I’m picky about my nail shape and they get it perfect every time. The techs really listen and pay close attention to detail. I always leave with exactly what I asked for. They’re true professionals.

I just recently have become a girl who can't live without her fingers done and it's because of these lovely ladies! I have always had gel nails manicures chip on my after 5 days or less, but not here! They are so kind and efficient!

I have been going here since they opened for all my mani/pedi needs. It's a great environment, the staff is great, and management is super great. I LOVE my nails :)
