Nuccio Auto Group had a car on their website that I wanted to take a look at. I stopped by and met Mark. He was knowledgeable, personable and took an interest in helping me with what I was looking for. He gave me a brief history of the dealership as well.
We took the car I was interested in out for a ride. It was what I was looking for! Mark helped arrange a PPI at a 3rd party shop.
The following day the car was prepped and ready for me to drive away. Can’t say enough good about my experience. I’m sure I’ll do business with them in the future!

I’ve never bought a car before on Facebook marketplace; was a bit hesitant but when I saw this car; had to make the drive to see it in person.
Let me tell you Mark Palangio and Chris Moran are just amazing guys and trustworthy!
They told me to drive the car until I was satisfied.
The deed was done without any issues and the ey were upfront about some little cosmetic things they had to fix (which they did!)
I 100% recommend Nuccio Auto Group and be sure that I will go back to buy again from them.

I had an excellent experience selling my car to Nuccio Auto Group. Working with Mark was a pleasure and his outstanding communication made the entire process easy and stress free even being out of state. Nuccio gave me a very fair value for my car and I could tell they were car enthusiasts who appreciated unique vehicles. Bought my first “exotic” here - a 2009 Lotus Elise. Bill and his son did a great job walking me through the ins and outs of owning a Lotus and gave me a fair deal. The car had less than 8k miles when I bought it and was almost showroom new. They did point out the minor scratches and took time to educate me on how to treat the car so it would not be accidentally damaged (e.g. not using the windshield header to grab onto getting in and out of car). After driving the car home, i realized tires were past usable lifespan and car was missing an underbody panel. They made right on both of them even though I had failed to do my due diligence. Would trust them with a future purchase, even without seeing the car first. Highly recommended.

I have done multiple transactions with this Dealership/live in San Diego Ca. suffice that said, have never stepped foot in there!
2 years ago was looking for a specific sports car and combination/behold they had it to my surprise! They sent me a video demonstration of the car and was sold! I had my reservation being 3,000 miles away buying a car I didn’t see or driven in person, but after speaking with the sales consultant and looking at their Reputation it became clear it was a sound decision.
Recently did another transaction, but had the pleasure to speak with Bill Nuccio(Owner). He is a delightful person you will like right away!
I’m Happy to say and call him my Friend;-)
He is a man of Integrity and of his word, in these days it is difficult to find.
I highly recommend Nuccio Auto Group for that unique car one is looking for!

What a pleasure to find a company where you can buy a car, sight unseen, and have total confidence that the car is not only as described, but the entire process is easy and smooth and actually fun ! I have just bought my second car from Bill, the owner, and like the first car, I only got to see my car, in person, when it arrived in the closed car carrier at my home. Buying a sports car sight unseen is not for the weak of heart but Bill always delivers so the car arrival is always enjoyable and drama free. Bill and his team were a great find and looking forward to dealing with them in the future as well !

I recently purchased a 2007 Porsche 911 from Nuccio Auto Group. It was nothing short of a great experience! They worked with me in getting a 3rd party PPI, even delivering and picking up the car from the shop that I chose that specializes in Porsche's. Mark was very professional, patiently answering my question and working with me since I am out of state. When I came to pick up the car and trailer it home, Chris made sure the paperwork was ready and helped me load the car onto the trailer. The car was better than described! I am more than pleased with the whole process! I would 100% buy another car from Nuccio!

Bought a car rom fhis dealership, service was outstanding. Even though I lived 1000 miles away the Porsche was delivered to me in prestige condition. Mark is a great sales guy, not pushy and super understanding. I recommend them 100%

Everyone at Nuccio Auto Group was very nice. Chris and Mark were very knowledgeable about the Mercedes we purchased. The owner Bill was nice and gave us a good honest deal. I would highly recommend them if you are interested in a high end car.

My experience with Nuccio Auto Group was excellent. The communication throughout the entire purchase process through shipping the vehicle was fantastic. Bill Nuccio sent me pictures and videos as well as the inspection report prior to shipping. Bill knew how excited I was to get my first Lotus and he made the buying experience the best. Mark also made the paperwork so easy and efficient. They handled the shipping as well. I'm super happy with my Lotus.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I bought a car from them two months ago, and I still haven't received the title. After the purchase, their communication became terrible. They ignored my calls and only responded after I messaged them multiple times. When they finally did reply, they were rude and unhelpful, basically telling me they couldn't do anything.
The lack of professionalism and poor service after the sale is unacceptable. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Be very cautious if you're considering buying a car from them.

This place is really awesome when it comes to customer service. Both Mark and Chris were great to work with, and went above and beyond when working with me on my purchase. I probably could've paid a little less for the car, but whatever premium I paid was well worth it given the experience I had. Will definitely look to them again when searching for a higher end pre-owned vehicle.
