Can’t say enough about Leen and her team. I was in need of financing in a very short amount of time. The hoops that they jumped through to get me the financing I needed to get the car that I wanted was unreal. Nobody else could have done what they did. I highly recommend them!

Cindy, Leen, Jasmin, Cynthia, Sergio are a pleasure to work with with all the rest of the staff, i love the response time they reply back really quick and they stay after hours to get the deals completed,

Unprofessional. I came here to deposit a check in my bank and they said there will be a seven day hold. They can’t do nothing about it. It’s the system I said no I went to the other green state next-door and they deposited my check with no hassle. -10 star. Is my ratting.

I highly recommend not using this bank. Really horrible customer service. Mistake after mistake after mistake. Nobody takes accountability, completely incompetent workers who tell you the issue is taken care of and it’s not. Then when you call back nothing is documented. One customer service tells you one thing. The next will contradict the first. It’s a nightmare trying to get their mistakes corrected. You can’t call the branch directly. It’s a call center with ridiculously long hold times. Hands down the worst bank I’ve ever used.They give you the standard script about how their customers are their priority. This is not the usual way they do business. They are sorry for the issue etc but it doesn’t mean anything. Words are cheap. It’s their actions or lack there of that proves their ineptness. Watch, the generic reply after this review is posted.

Worst bank ever... if you have a dispute good luck.. you will start your dispute 3 times because it's never the same person and the fail to take all the information and leave it up to you to follow up.. horrible stay far away. Hidden ATM fees they charge you and so does the ATM you used... take this a warning stay away...far away... They also will have you fill out and run your credit and then tell you they can't finance park model homes after they say they can and take all the info... I've had this bank for over 18 years and when the changed to green state it went down hill fast..08/29/23 Left message awaiting call back

They are criminals and crooks. They will screw you over and find anyway to steal your money. My car insurance expired; I was unaware as I was in the process of a move. GreenState added insurance that valued over $300 a month. My insurance for my car prior was $60 a month. Then, instead of adding that additional cost to my auto pay, they left it off which left me with a late fee monthly I was unaware of. So, long story short - STAY AWAY from them.

Amazing Credit Union! Kenia Delira helped me get approved for an auto loan to purchase a vehicle last year and my interest rate is lower than the national average. Highly recommend credit unions when taking out loans.

This credit union deserves a 0 star. The hours suck and some of the employees are not very helpful. Their bill pay department seems to like to keep you on hold.Never had problems when it was Oxford Bank and Trust

If I could give it 0 stars I would. You can't call anyone. There hours suck. Oh and they charge you monthly to have an account. Do not use them!!! Please!!!!
