Today October 9th 2023 was almost disastrous!!!! Communication from this company failed to notify certain parties that a shipment was delayed & the worst part of it is that no one wanted to own the problem & try to remedy rhe situation? All except Audie Hernandez!!! This guy is a true credit to this organization, I wanted to take a moment to send another Thank you out to him...He has great customer service skills...Mr. Hernandez Thank You!!!!MB
