I love QT always have. But this one. Every time the coffee machines are down, half the soda machines are out and today I order some food and was ice cold and I go inside to say something I am automatically the guy. Terrible service, Terrible staff Terrible customer service

Half the pumps don't work, or they run out of gas. More than half the time I end up putting gas across the street. Don't waste your time

I love the service and selection of quick finger foods and deserts. They also have the best gas prices in the area, which is my main reason I visit. Recently I went in and found many gas pump that were out of order and smoothie machines the same way. I just want to see these things fixed so that it is not a challenge to get a pump and a quick treat.

In Atlanta these gas stations are the best, my total and absolute respect, but here in Chicago unfortunately it is totally and absolutely garbage, they never have different coffee, they just have one or two and it's over, pitiful, very unpleasant and disappointing. I will have to go to Atlanta so they have my respect, better bye.

First went here in 10/31 around 8pm. Couldnāt believe how friendly all the staff were. Even my daughter said ā Wow everyoneās so nice, I like it hereā lol we got shakes and sandwiches from the kitchen. Kiosk made it easy to order. Everything was amazing. We went back again 11/15 around 5pm, same experience. Everyone was so nice, gas is definitely cheapest around, and we got shakes again but this time BLT sandwiches. Again, food was great and reasonably priced. This is definitely our new go to stop for quick meals and drinks. And definitely gas with the great prices.
