Truck driver better not to come here if u have pre-booked load it takes 4 hours just to unload and an hour to check in

Appointment at 2:00 p.m.
I arrived at 11, they took my phone number and said they would call me. At 1:50 they gave a dock, at 15:10 they started loading. 15:40 finished.
Not recommended 👎🏻

Appointment was 12:30pm I come at 7:00 am - unloaded at 5:00pm, terrible place ( women at check in is rude and lazy)

Arrived early at 11:30 for 1pm appointment. Got door at 2:20. Loaded in 30 minutes conveniently before 2 hour detention kicked in. Then after being loaded I slid my trailer tandems all the way forward and still overweight on truck. There’s 15 double stacked pallets in the front half of trailer weighing 41k lbs. Loaded wrong so back in the dock to have load pulled and rearranged properly to be legal. This took an additional 30 minutes. Pays to not be in a hurry and do it right the first time! Out at 3:45

Appointment was 10am. Checked in at 7am and given a door. Finished by 10am. Lady in receiving was pleasant. Plenty of room and a few places to park and wait.

Place to avoid (unless you want to waste your day...)
We made life difficult for my dispatchers with appointments for 3 pallets to be delivered (we do LTL)
We end up having an appointment at 9:30 am, I arrive at 7:15 am, they start unloading me at 10:15 am and finish at 10:45 am.
They're doing it...everyone with their dating stories and not respecting it themselves...

DO NOT BE LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. If you are, you will sit for hours. Been here for 4 hours plus ON A DOCK, waiting to be unloaded. Appointment was 12:30 & I arrived at 1:15. Seems fair...45 mins late - wait for 4 plus hours.
