Safeguard self storage is a environment and the staffs were very nice. Mike was polite and explained everything clearly.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Units are nice, they are climate controlled, clean and easily accessible. Highly recommend. We just switched to a larger unit and the transfer process was easy and swift.

Mike the Manager was awesome. I had been to three storages which were closed because they were short staffed, but Mike was at the desk and doing his job. If you go there call the facility to make sure he opens the door because he does have to show the facility to customers, and will lock the door while he's away from his desk for security. They have boxes, locks and packing material and it's a very clean environment.

Jesse and kaitlyn were amazing! We used the storage unit for about 2 months and every time we were there they came out to say hi and was always super friendly!

Kristyn in the office is so nice and remembers me by name and knows my unit number with out looking it up in the computer. other place‘s i had a storage units from has treated as just a number of best. it’s the details she pays attention at makes me know i am important and she loves her job.
