These people went above and beyond to help me!! I really feel as a woman that you are taking advantage of by mechanics and tire establishments. they knew I was getting ripped off from a tire establishment!!? And they helped me figure it out and I went in today and got $35 more off of my bill at the tire establishment!! Besides that they did a fantastic job on my car! I recommend this establishment highly!!!!!! Shout out to everybody up front and everybody in the back!!!🤟✌️👍

I was content with the service, everyone was nice. I waited a while to leave a review as I wanted to see the durability of the work and if I had any issues, mechanically no issues, everything was fixed that I requested, I received a loaner as well to get around. Made an appointment ahead of time and had same day service. I will say it was more on the pricier side for sure, but if you’re looking for a same day fix rhis is your place. Communication was great, they email updated me, I work overnights so scheduling can be tough but they really did a great job of working around my schedule. I will be back to finish up some services

I'VE BEEN GOING HERE FOR OVER 10 YEARS. THEY'RE ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL AND RESPECTFUL. THEY PAY ATTENTION TO THE DETAILS, LET YOU KNOW WHAT YOU NEED. NEVER HAVE HAD A PROBLEM WHEN I GOT MY CAR BACK. THEY'RE NOT JUST TRYING TO GET MONEY, THEY REALLY CARE.
LAST TIME I WAS THERE I NEEDED SOME WORK TO PASS EMISSIONS. I ONLY HAD A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME AND THEY CAME THROUGH LIKE ALWAYS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. ONCE YOU FIND A GOOD SHOP YOU STICK WITH IT. I FOUND MINE.

First time using Salazar but their online reviews are what brought me to their shop. I had a few things going on with my car so wasn’t sure how it would all add up. They were able to give me an honest estimate shortly after the first inspection. They sent me pictures and updates for all the things they found after they got into it and made sure I understood the cost and what they recommended be done before I approved the overall job. I highly recommend their services and will continue to be their customer moving forward.

New customer- old 2009 160,000 Kia Rondo making unusual noises and suspected power steering issues.
Easy to schedule online and could get in quicker than my current mechanic. I found out about them from an ad in the mail and discovered they were not that far away from my home. Everything went great! I liked that they don’t have a VISA credit card surcharge (most mechanics and dealerships charge this these days and have 3 year /36,000 mile warranty for work done. - The initial inspection report was very thorough and came via text with photos of items that needed asap /red work that needed to be done and educational video attached on how the part works for your car. Car was done in time promised.
Adam was great to work with; friendly, professional, patient to my concerns and questions. prompt and fast communication via text or phone call. Also the waiting area at the shop is spacious, tidy and comfortable , even bottled water coffee and treats offered!
Finally, what I really appreciated the most and no other mechanic has done for me before was a follow up text a couple days later asking if everything was going ok with the car. Will be bringing my car here for next service and see how much they can help extend the life out of my oldie but goodie car!

Kevin is the real deal , very informative, respectful , and most importantly he’s HONEST! I highly recommend Salazars Auto to repair your car 100%. They also provide a Loaner car so I was still able to move around. Great prices , Great quality work every time .

I highly recommend Salazar’s for your car repair needs. I called 4 repair shops in Salazar’s was the best price. They offer a rental car so you’re not running around looking for a ride to and from work. A small $50 deposit which I was credited in back quickly. Adam was a pleasure to work with. He sent me a text recommending repairs I may need perhaps now or in the future. Photos were attached so I could see exactly what he was talking about. It was good to get a heads up so I can plan ahead. I took advantage of a couple repairs especially since winter is coming up. Adam kept in touch with me via text and phone call to give me the status of my repair. When I picked up my car it was quick and easy to return the rental car. My car is running great and I feel safe. I have found a new repair shop that I have confidence in and know I’ll get the best price along with phenomenal customer service.

Initially thought they were honest? Just wondering why they would recommend a tune up when they saw my catalytic converter needed replacement? I can’t afford to replace that. Wasted money on the test and the tune up, almost $400 down the drain. Took my car to another place, they immediately told me I needed cat replacement at no charge.

Kevin provided a complete engine diagnostic report along with pricing of components in need of repair or replacing. I can't stress how comforting it was to not only see photos all my cars issues but to read details of each issue. I will definitely return for future service.

Salazar Auto is a good shop to bring your vehicle for service and or repairs. I was treated very well by their staff especially Kevin who handled my vehicle from the estimate to the repair which was done quickly and professionally. Great communication throughout the process. I will be bringing my vehicle back when ever I may need service or repairs.
