This review is specifically for the food court/cafe area. I was in the store on 5/21/24 from 3:30 to 4:30pm. I placed a pick up order via the scan and go for the cafe while still shopping around. After paying for my items I headed to the cafe to pick up my food. Upon getting in line at the cafe I noticed one worker taking care of every duty including cashing out and making the food. When I entered the line there were 4-5 people ahead of me and about 10 people behind me.
The woman working behind the counter was named Lisa and she did an amazing job being the only person doing the job of 2-3 people. All her customers were upset and being rude to her and she kept a smile on her face and worked as fast as she could. Lisa herself gets a 5 start customer service review.
Sams Club Addison Management team I hope you acknowledge Lisa's hard work and dedication and never leave her in that situation again. 2 other associates came to see why the line was so long and nobody stepped in to assist her. She deserves plenty of praise and a bonus for doing the work of 3 employees.

Workers are SO NICE!! That food court is always being cleaned and stocked up! The line gets long sometimes but it’s those prices! Unbeatable. Pizza was fresh, hotdog combo was delish! Their chicken salad is to die for. They have a good selection of produce and it’s always stocked up! Smiles on everyone’s faces, very welcoming

Sam's is pretty good I like the selection is a bit different than Costco. What drives me crazy is when I go to the food counter and they don't have hotdogs ready to go. You literally dump hotdogs in hot water, not much to it.

The place is good, but the staff ignores when we ask for something that is not within our reach and we ask the staff for what we need and all they do is ignore! They should be nicer to customers!
