Great customer service in the store! Was greeted right away and the sales rep went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The managers also followed up to see if everything went smoothly. I highly recommend.

The lady assistant manager is VERY rude. Just her is the problem with the store, very bad customer service and always nagged about getting a new phone when my phone was perfectly fine

Eriq was a saint. He was patient with the process of upgrading 4 phones and was helpful every step of the way. He answered all of our questions with great knowledge extra details to clear any confusion. Best sprint experience I have ever had!

Melissa was amazing helping us out, she made it super easy transitioning from T-mobile to Sprint. She went above and beyond to make sure we got the perfect plan that accommodated to our needs. I definitely would recommend this location because they truly take care of new customers.

If I could give this location no star I would because this location is very terrible for sprint and customer service. They are rude and not helpful at all and very unfriendly and un willing to work and do there job. Everytime I walk into this store I walk out wanting to terminate my service because they are unwilling to help or do there job. Stay away from this location like it's the last thing on earth there are other locations around that are better.

So, i am not one to write bad reviews unless it's well deserved. so i have been on the phone for 1.5 hours today, and on hold as i type this, 2 hours last week. worst customer service ever!!!! i am switching back to Verizon, i will gladly pay more to have my problems resolved when i call the first time.

4 years of service with sprint. I always come to this store for any help I need. Haven't had any issues. They even had patients with my brother who has autism. I love this place.

It's an excellent store very knowledgeable people working there they have accessories that you can purchase for other phones just before I besides Sprint I recommend it's worth while going in there you should find something very good

The employees here need a crash course in customer service. I needed to buy a charger and waited in line for a long time while 2 out of the 3 employees just stared at computer screens. Then they decided to help someone who wanted to see literally every single feature on every single phone, but told them he was just browsing. I had to walk up and ask for them to unlock the charger that I needed, they didn't even acknowledge me until I addressed them. These people clearly do not want to work here.

Went in this past Saturday had an appointment with Patrick and he reviewed and explained my bill no problems, yes the store was busy but I was pretty much in and out. I do recommend making an appointment especially if on the weekend but yeah I have no complaints : )

I went last night because I receieved the Nike Apple Watch Series 4 from online and it was malfunctioning and wouldn't hold a charge...or even charge for that matter. I chose to go to this location because when I called and explained the whole ordeal, the girl on the phone was the first one who told me exactly what to do and how to do it. So when I did do what she said, Sprint still gave me a run around (this is the main customer service number you would dial *2 on your phone). So I called back and just asked if I could exchange it for the regular Apple Watch since I'm in the 14 day exchange period, and they welcomed me in with no problem. Melissa Garcia,(I know your name because I triple checked the paperwork) you really helped me and I cannot thank you enough. And everyone else who was working, you never once made me feel uncomfortable, even if my 1 1/2 year old daughter was running around and hugging you and all of the other customers. You guys were all great that worked the night of Wednesday, December 19th, 2018. Have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year!
