St. Vincent de Paul Society Thrift Store offers a mixed shopping experience for its customers. Many shoppers appreciate the store's mission and enjoy donating gently used items, believing that profits support a good cause. The store has a large selection of items, is generally clean, and features friendly employees, making it a go-to place for affordable, quality clothing. However, experiences can vary widely depending on the staff present. Some customers have reported negative interactions with a particular manager, describing her as rude and unprofessional. This has led to feelings of disrespect among regular shoppers who spend a significant amount of money at the store. Despite these negative experiences, many still appreciate the overall atmosphere and the helpfulness of other employees. Customers have noted that the organization of items could be improved, with a preference for sorting by size rather than color. There are also concerns about the pricing of some items, which can be higher than expected for used goods. Nonetheless, with great sales and a commitment to recycling and supporting those in need, St. Vincent de Paul Society Thrift Store remains a popular choice for thrifty shoppers in the area. Many plan to return, hoping for a more positive experience on their next visit.

It was so much nicer when it was organized by size and not color. The pants were hung up by size and I don't have to fold and unfold. The shoes were all in one place.
