I bought their turtle wax bug and tar remover and used it on my front bumper and it ate my paint on my bumper and messed up my headlight. I’ve tried contacting them and I get nothing

I purchased bug and tar remover sprayed it on my grill and back of my mirrors ( 2024 SUBARUCROSSTRAK )DISCOLORED THEM I have been dealing with corporate since August 5 NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK..

Terrible customer support for products I did not want in my order. Avoid buying from their website and do not give them your credit card. Their return policy is terrible even when they make the mistake and it will cost your to ship the product back.
