The lady that works there is probably the ONLY reason I actually come to this location!!She's a JOY to talk with and always make sure my reservation/trip is top notch.I can't believe I forgot her name :( but she works in the mornings and is always there when I pick up a truck when moving our Film equipment.Great customer service!!AKA-Sonya

I rented a 20' truck for a move after doing my research, it was a very smooth experience, the pricing was upfront and fair, everything explained, the truck was older but well maintained and clean, staff are polite, highly recommended.

Buyer be ware! I thought I could save money by using Uhaul. I couldn't have been more wrong. The $39 truck rental turned into $75, but that was not even the worst of my experience using the labor found on their website was an absolute nightmare!I thought I was ahead of the game by booking the labor through their website weeks before my moving date. Up til the day of my move, I tried contacting the company to confirm everything. They never answered their phone, and I kept leaving messages. On the day of my move, it was getting late, and no movers showed up. I called uhaul, and they told me they don't handle their laborers. They gave me information about another company called Labor help or something like that. I pretty much had to cancel the movers and beg the person on the phone to call around to different moving companies to find me movers at the last minute. This took place around four o'clock in the evening. I was greatly relieved when she found a company that could send two movers over to get my stuff out of my old apartment. The movers charged me Extra money because it took more than 3 hours and they didn't even get all of my stuff, and then one of the movers demanded I give him $100 to pay the guy with him. When I contacted u haul they said that I should have never given him cash. The next day, I had to go back and move my treadmill with my brother and my friend.The entire move cost me around $475 to move a 2 bedroom amount of furniture. No appliances.

They have good selection of equipment in stock. Was able to pickup on short notice. Nice, friendly and efficient office help. Very helpful during the hook up and delivery of the trailer
