The service that they give you is so good that you don't want to leave from there

I’m all for “customer service”, but waited in a long line inside for over 20 minutes while the 3 cashiers took their sweet time chit chatting instead of keeping the Que going. I’m sure they’re nice and good at their jobs, just not so great at keeping up with the lines.

I stopped in after being denied from another bank and Karina was very welcoming and helpful. I’m so excited to be part of US bank.
