They really need to update their hours on the site and door that say they are open until 6 on Friday when it was not even 5 and the lady said they were closing early and wouldn't serve anyone else.

Absolute trash. Haven't had mail delivered in 5 days. Package tracking today claims location couldn't be accessed. Complete lie. Carriers are lazy. Staff inside are unpleasant and rude at best. Far better off using any other towns post office.

I would give a 0 if I could. I was waiting two weeks for my passport appointment with my kids and they called a hour before to cancel because no one came to work. Is this a joke????? How you can't show up for work???? Look for a different place if you need your appointment to happened

Terrible service from the employee Maria Diaz, I wish I could talk to her supervisor or manager. Because of their errors, our package is unable to reach its destination and they do not take responsibility or solve the problem.

I can see why this location has terrible reviews the first day attendant was very rude although it was a mistake made on her part in scanning in package it’s been over a week with no tracking and after going to the back for a minute she said they did not have the package and that it would’ve got shipped that they don’t scan packages which is untrue due to the fact that it’d have to have shipping tracking to be scanned at the original location , this has been a terrible experience and will never drop off at this location again as it’ll probably lose more packages

I dont get how under prepared this location is at ALL times. It’s the day after a holiday which means EXPECT TO BE BUSY. There’s always just one person upfront and another on their phone casually peaking at the customers but not helping anyone. And when they do make their way up, they are on their phone talking about personal things? I mean, how unprofessional. This place needs some revamping in management. Also has to do with people’s work ethic nowadays as well

Slowest service on earth.... no sense of urgency. Unprofessional, rude and it appears to be an inconvenience to help customers. Perhaps the employees from the front desk should be moved away from "customer facing". Will never go back there.

They don't respect opening hours. I arrived at 5.40pm just to pick up the package and they told me that they were no longer working. I asked why they cant help me because the closing time on the door is 6pm, but I didn't get any logical answer. This is a lack of respect for customers!

Horrible. A line of us standing here and they assist 2 people and then do not acknowledge anyone else standing there and then just shut the window. The ignorance is disgusting...at least acknowledge those of us standing there and let us know we cannot be assisted. I always wonder if on the USPS application if they put a requirement of being extremely rude because I find that in most USPS offices they treat customers very poor.
