I'd give them a zero if I could they cancelled my shipping order because it wasn't in stock in the store near me. That's why I chose the SHIPPING option. After waiting 3 days from order date they inform me it's OUT OF STOCK. It's not even sold in that store so they shouldn't offer if. Of course it was a buy one get one half price

Worst pharmacy experience ever! When I called today about a RX, they continuously cold-transferred me (via phone), referred me to other departments that had nothing to do with my issue, and hung up on me SEVERAL times. I understand being understaffed, having a bad day, or simply not having the capability to help - but honesty and actually trying to assist customers (instead of carelessly and rudely brushing them off) would have been helpful.

So understaffed. Just close the pharmacy if it is going to take people over an hour to get 1 prescription. I went for a vaccine as well and was early for my appointment. Ended up being over an hour long appointment just waiting for someone. The staff do not deserve to be worked like this either ! They probably can never get a break! Will never go back.

The line for the pharmacy and the wait = obscene. What is the point of the drive through if it’s not moving? If you try to call ahead you’ll be on hold forever. Go somewhere else.

No one at the pharmacy responded to me for over 10 minutes. Then I had to call the pharmacy itself for them to respond to me while I was in the drive-through lane.

The pharmacy is the absolute worse. I've had them tell me medication is ready to be picked up when it's not. I've had them say I pick up a med when in fact I hadn't. Every month there is a yet again another random problem and more of my time wasted.

Wonderful experience with the photo department, photos turned out beautiful and the staff was very helpful and nice. Michelle helped me with my photos and she was very kind to me. We had a great conversation about my photos of Colorado and talked about Walgreens since I used to be a photo technician at the Walgreens in Wheaton for 3 years. Thanks for the great service!

I have gotten my prescription here a few times before and they always give me a hard time with my insurance making me have to come back and wait another hour or two. This time was different as the woman checking me out was short with me from the start and charged my card instead of asking me if I have a new insurance card. I hardly make anything serving food and it hurts when people don’t understand how important it is to make sure others get their health needs covered especially when they can’t afford it.

spent 40 minutes in line picking up my 2 prescriptions order and 1 other item i ordered online. was told i old i only paid for 1 prescription and the other item, showed them a copy of the receipt of payment thru my email, store manager didn't even acknowledge me when she showed up, finally given my order without as much as even a sorry for the delay. all they wanted was to collect extra money. absolutely the worst management in the business.

Do not recommend this pharmacy. Told us 15 min wait and when I came back they not only didn’t have my prescription ready, but it was out of stock till Monday. They assured me they had it in stock. I even called before coming to make sure they had it.

Cannot rate the in store experience because I was picking up prescriptions through the drive through. Service was horrible. We were 3rd in line and it took nearly an hour to get to the window. Maybe they should hire additional people as there was only one person at the window servicing two lanes.

terrible, there's always a problem on their part...most dysfunctional pharmacy in the area, the worst pharmacy EVER, because it's being ran by pharmacy techs that are not knowledgeable and not trained well enough
