If I can give them ZERO stars I would. Crooked dealership. They owed me a part and repair, even provided me with a signed document stating that they would service the work they owed to me. They did not provide a title for 7 MONTHS. I discovered that they also never removed the LIEN they had on the car, and also never got the part. Mario answers and likes to say that Steve is never there. They no longer take my calls to perform the repair work. I took a trip there today only to find out they are NO LONGER IN BUSINESS. I feel sorry for whoever bought a car from them. Seems suspicious they also could be operating under World Class Auto Repair and Restoration Inc - located in Bridgeview, IL.

Called ahead of time to ask about vehicle. Inquired twice if there was rust on the truck or any other issues. Was told there was none at all and it was a beautiful truck. Drove 3hrs round trip to be disappointed. Wheel beds were full of rust including spots on panel where it was obvious that it was covered with spray paint. Carpet was also shot. Left without looking at other vehicles.

Uninformed buyers be very cautious here. Small dealership with questionable sales tactics. When discussing pricing they pull the two man intimidation tactic. Very unpleasant and unprofessional
Talked to Steve about a vehicle over the phone. Drove from Ohio with truck and trailer with intention to purchase this vehicle. While over looking the vehicle I check the oil , none on the dip stick, we add 2qrts ( 4.5qrt total in the system) until it's at the full mark. Oil is jet black and thin, red flag number 1. Steve waits until we make a deposit and tell him we are heading from Ohio to tell us about a check engine light . Being an ASE Master tech this doesn't concern me to much. Once we hook up my OBD reader it says Cylinder 2 miss fire and the vehicle obviously is running on 3 of 4 cylinders. 10 year old tires, work out brakes are some of the other great features of this sports car.... When it comes times to talk price I point out the very obvious problems with vehicle. He offers 300$ off the asking price with a possible $3-5k repair to the engine looming. Dismissed all of my claims because his "$800 a month" pricing program is king when it comes to claimed values of vehicles .

Please do not buy from this company, I drove all the way from Texas to purchase a specific car that I liked and in 10 days it started smoking really bad! After an expensive engine flush and 2 diagnostics from experienced certified mechanics it was a bad engine! Mind you, I paid cash for this car $9,500. Called to get a refund and was told I could swap for something else but after 15 hours of driving when I arrive they want more money to get into another vehicle and at that point I said No! Steve told me that he'd offer me $8500 back on the car, I was ok I'll take my loss and book a flight back to Texas...then he comes back out of the office after speaking to Mario the finance guy and says no they can't do that like what's really going on but tells me if I purchase a cheaper vehicle they would give me the difference in the $8500 so I ended up getting a 2003 Durango that has a cheap paint job and rusty from all the salt underneath and I do mean completely rusty! Long story short they screwed me over and wasn't 100 percent about their merchandise just worried about the cash money, I was about to spend! Lessoned learned the hard way don't do business with these guys people go somewhere else most of the vehicles are high miles and no good! I hope these guys go out of business, I have replaced the power steering pump on this freaking Durango had to buy tail light brake lens and lights for it because no one would pass the inspection on it, I really hate this place!!!........ constantly spending money on it!!! People if you don't remember nothing else I say stay away from this dealership!!!! They are all about making money at any cost to the customer!!!!
