Found the car we were looking for on line at Zone Motors in Chicago. I inquired about the car and Andy responded promptly. He sent me the information I requested and bought the car within a few hours. Andy also arranged transportation to our home in Florida. The car was better than we had expected and Andy made it all so effortless. Many thanks to the dealership and Andy in particular.

A couple of months ago we purchased our daughters’ first car from Zone motors. Andy was our sales person and he was great. By the time we got home with the car, the check engine light went on and our air conditioning was blowing warm air. I immediately contacted Andy and he couldn’t have been more helpful. I brought the car back and the mechanic inspected it and found that I needed a new compressor. They made sure this was taken care of with minimal ($100) cost to me. I’m happy to report that her car has been running great!

Found a car I liked on CarGurus. Nice price but I knew it was something to it. Seemed real pleasant before purchase. Try to win you over with the “power train warranty”. So when my car got delivered they didn’t say anything about the hood shocks are out, automatic trunk doesn’t work, the front camera doesn’t work and I need that for cruise control and other features, and the rear shade doesn’t work, it was making some kind of tapping noise from under the hood. I reached out and was told you’ll get a call back but I’m getting the run around I guess until the “warranty” expires. So I’ve never gotten a title sent to me when purchasing a car in or out of state. So I called and was told it wasn’t included. So now I have to pay for that out of my pocket. Please bypass this place if you are looking for honest dealers that don’t do it say anything to make a sale

Zone Motors is a very dishonest, unscrupulous business that closed a car deal with me, had me issue a cashier's check and then informed me the night before pick-up a message the car had "sold". The reason is they did not want to pay to replace the deteriorating tires on the SUV despite telling me after we agreed to the sale that they would.
They did not say this fact and I can only imply from how desperate they were to sell the SUV and "earn my business" then pull out of the sale after taking up a tremendous amount of my time and efforts to close a deal.
After days of going back and forth with Zone Motors I feel strongly others need to be warned of their unscrupulous tactics when buying a car. Completely dishonest and unprofessional.
I highly suggest that NO consumer consider buying a car from Zone Motors located on Fullerton Ave in Addison. The sales person was JJ and the "manager " is a chain-smoking man in the side office. Every aspect of this business is unprofessional and unscrupulous.

Everything went fast & smooth. Test drove a couple cars. There was no rush. & with my knowledge I purchased the best one that suited me. Best prices all around the Midwest for a decent well maintained luxurious toy $$$ 5 plus stars to Ray & team ? highly recommended. Ignore the negative people ?. They're blunt with the buisness
