Unfortunately, my experience with this business was poor. They had my vehicle for exactly one month, promising to look at it or "it was the next one in" and it never moved from the first day it was there. The staff was friendly enough, but this is not a place to take your vehicle if it is something other than domestic and very easy to work on. My vehicle was never serviced and I had to take it elsewhere. No apology was offered for not getting to the vehicle, instead being told, "we just got really backed up" even though many automobiles had been in and out of the shop in the month my vehicle sat. They don't have to worry about seeing business from us in the future as I don't want to contribute to the "really backed up" issue they apparently experience constantly.Service: Auto maintenance

DMI is an asset to our community. Great, knowledgeable guys. They pay attention to detail and get the job done effectively and right the first time. In our situation, their prices were $300 - $500 less than the area competition.

They will get you fixed up and back on the road, but you need at appointment good places like this are always super busy. DMI is honest and do quality work.
