My daughter and I came here this morning to have blood drawn and had a great experience with Stella as our phlebotomist! She was very friendly and efficient!

I brought my son in for bloodwork today, and he was extremely nervous and scared. The woman doing the labs was so wonderful, kind and patient. She went out of her way, way above and beyond, to help a scared kid feel comfortable. She got him water, calmed him down and answered his questions. I was so thankful and impressed! She made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier!

I went early in the morning, had pretty much no wait. For ACL labs/bloodwork it’s on the second floor suite 230. Fast for 12 hrs before. Great service and friendly

Had to wait for 10 people waiting before me to do labs just to drop off a sample. There is no receptionist but an electronic kiosk

I’ve come to this lab 2x as opposed to going to Sherman or Lutheran’s labs because it’s close and convenient. Comparing these to my hospital lab experience, this is by far superior with Sherman being dead last by far.
I am a cancer survivor and have had MANY lab blood draws at this point, so I have opinions and am very particular.
First, your experience will be easier if you make an appointment ahead of time on the LiveWell app. Day of is usually ok, but I would recommend a day or 2 in advance if you need a particular time for your schedule.
Second, they do not have a receptionist but do have a kiosk to check in. I’ve had to wait max 3 minutes each time I’ve gone to be called after checking in on the kiosk. Not sure if it’s because I had an appointment or not as it was not extremely busy. I was in and out under 5 minutes and both phlebotomist I had were able to get my difficult veins in one fairly painless stick. I’ve had more finesse from others, but it was not something that was irritating because I know it could be better if that makes sense.
Results are in my portal same day if not within 24 hours, which may actually be faster than when I’ve gone to the hospital lab.
Honestly, it takes me more time to drive back and forth than the actual appointment, and at this point in my health journey, I greatly appreciate the quick and painless effort experience in this little lab.

Great service without a long waiting line. The physician was very experienced, and the vein jab was so delicate, less noticeable than the mosquito bite.

Quick and friendly. I made a 7:45am appointment. Arrived at 7:30. Waited maybe two minutes. In and out in no time. No complaints.

Apparently don't come here if you have small children. I have needed to get my blood drawn for over a month. Finally had time to get in. I had my 2 boys in tow. They are 2 and almost 4 and Very well behaved. Not too mention the place was EMPTY anyways. There were 2 people working and they were doing absolutely NOTHING but refused to draw my blood unless I put my boys in a stroller. I was hit while parked at Target last week so I'm in a rental and don't have my stroller. I was told to pack my kids up and go back home to get a stroller and come back (when they would still likely be sitting on their a$$es) was my only option. Talk about lazy. I walked downstairs and got my blood drawn there where my boys patiently sat on the floor (they have chairs upstairs btw). I felt bad as that nurse was actually working and busy and I had to add to her day due to the 2 lazy rude people upstairs. Post something about how unaccommodating you are at least so people with children know to not waste any time with you!!

This is ludicrous. No appointments taken - walk in only. One single employee only who not only does all the blood work and testing, but also all administrative work like creating charts, inputting data, etc. This is ridiculous. To take 20+ minutes to create a chart when an admin could be doing it and then the phlebotomist could be taking blood would be logical wouldn’t you think? Do not come here unless you have minimum 2 hours to waste. Imagine for those people who have fasting blood tests. This could skew results as well as leave people dehydrated, low blood sugar, and have medical events. Insane.

Its crazy that there is no receptionist. The phlebot has to do everything which takes alot of time. I just need to pick up a specimen kit and have been waiting, waiting, waiting. Hire some staff!!Update, I knocked on the wall, 3 people popped out, told me to sign in and im still waiting. Took 15 minutes. Also, maybe they just moved to this location, but clearly nothing is set up yet at the front desk. Not at all what i expected for a lab and will try to not use this company again. The person that came out was very nice, but something does need to be done about efficiency. Maybe it was just different than what I expected but still seem to take a long time to just do a pick up.

Horrible, rude, not caring, always a technical issue. Never going back! They locked me out when my special needs daughter was in getting a blood draw. They have no receptionist. I couldn't get to my daughter. It was terrible!
